The experience I had with Patricia N***** (the owner) this time in purchasing a cash car was horrible, unprofessional, and I was scammed on the my paperwork. She gave me the run around for weeks. I should have received a title in hand. After getting the paperwork in the mail. I went to the tag office there were 2 lien holders on the paperwork. Patricia also gave me a number to have the key reset for a service center she would pay for. After calling the business no response. So every time I locked the door and unlocked the car would go off. Remember there are people who been coming here for several purchases trusting in a women that flat out lies for no reason. If you cant hold up to people expectations just be honest. I will NOT BE BACK! and wont recommend anyone. Go to the auction like she does or buy from a private owner.

To whom I make concern, So I have been in business for several years, after my customers purchase a vehicle I explain to them the title will be coming certified mail between 10 and 20 days average, no later then 30 days. I do supply a 45 day temp tag ,state issued. I normally have no issues with my titles, the title that *** ********* did recieve had 2 liens on it , which is unusual so they did send her back for me to correct 1 of the liens that wasn't signed off on. I took priority over my other business to get it correct within a couple days. I even closed business for a couple hours to personally go down to the tag office myself and make sure it was correct. *** ********* met at the tag office to get it personally in hand, not to drive back to my car lot. As for the key to the vechile that she purchased, I did say I would honor the key fobe, did give here the number for the lock smith I use. Did tell ****** **** they will be calling and I would take care of it. So I do not lie and several people do come back due to me being honest and loyal. Many return customers that are very satisfied ,if *** ********* can't not get in touch with ****** lock she can go to anther lock smith, I would honor that.
