    I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Alfa Vitality *********************** After spending a lot of money on a massage chair, I expected professional and helpful customer support. Instead, I encountered dismissive and unprofessional treatment. My initial call with delivery rep *** my delivery was unacceptable. She asked about assembly, responded rudely, making condescending remarks such as, Well, either you need assistance or you dont. She spoke under her breath and ended the conversation abruptly before I could ask further questions.When I called back to escalate the issue, she answered again and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She claimed to be the highest point of contact and insisted that there was no one else I could speak with. When I mentioned I was considering canceling my order due to the poor service, she immediately said she was going cancel and ended the call.I had to make multiple calls and reach out via social media just to find someone competent Jannivawho finally provided assistance. However, the company now claims that because I eventually received help, the issue is resolved. This is not an acceptable resolution. The fact that I had to go to such lengths to receive basic CS is a serious issue that deserves to be addressed.I formally request that the company review all three of my calls and provide an explanation of how they believe this situation was handled. A company of this stature should hold itself to higher CS standards. At a minimum, I deserve a response, an acknowledgment of the poor service I received, and clarity on their escalation process. If the original representative is indeed a supervisor, that is even more concerning, and I strongly believe additional training is necessary.A high-value purchase should come with high-quality customer care. Based on my experience, that is not what this company provides. I hope they take this complaint seriously and make meaningful improvements.

    This review only for the white glove service that I ordered alone with the massage chair. Im Very unhappy with white glove service. I paid $300 for the service. They knew how heavy the chair is. They have 1 person came try to have that move inside of the house. Pretty Much impossible. I have already talk to the company about the white glove service. Her response was I knew . We do it everyday day . But 1 person is not able to move that thing inside. Then when he finished . He wont leave. Because the company never paid the white glove service. He was expecting me to paid but he had no idea that I paid while I was making the purchase of the chair . And he wont leave my house until I paid him. But I have already paid for the service. So I called the company about 30 times while we all waiting for an answer. So I had to pay him again to leave the house . Because I still didnt get a call back or response from the company . This is unacceptable. I will not refer this business to anyone. . Everyone please read this before u making purchase. Will give another review after we try the chair . But so far its been disaster.
