    2nd time this company came to our home and cleaned roof , they returned to clean roof 10-1-2024 , the arrived with the homeowner that arranged work to be done not at residence.They agreed for tarps to be laid down because of spotting which they did not do , trash on roof after spraying and considerable mildew left all over roof .Roof and residence looks worse after treatment than before.Basically picked up check and left , would rate company as( Gypsy style work )

    customer wife was home, no trash on roof, it was a few leaf's and pine needles, ** called when he got home was more upset about us finishing in 2.5hrs and wanted every pine needle off the roof, while wind was blowing pine needles and leaves falling, he called just to cuss me out i was trying to offer to come back to get corrected but he would not let me speak and hung up.
