1 starWarning: Avoid Corp Auto Dealership,2915 US-************************ I recently purchased a 2017 ******** CT6 Platinum from Corp Auto for($23,000) MSRP $90,000,also including my mint condition Chrysler 300S AWD as a trade only to discover that it was never made road-ready by the dealership. After taking it to a ******** dealership (********* ********) for inspection, I was informed that the vehicle had over $3,000 worth of problems that Corp Auto refused to address before selling. Now I am stuck covering the bills to get the car road ready and I am continuing to go through mechanical issues with this vehicle.I strongly advise potential buyers to thoroughly investigate any vehicle purchased from Corp Auto. Make sure to get an independent inspection and do not rely solely on their assurances. Protect yourself from unexpected repair costs and headacheslook elsewhere for your next vehicle purchase.I have spoken with *** at the dealership and I continue to get gaslighted and sent other directions. I wish this dealership had a respectable and trustworthy staff but this does not seem to be the case. Please stay clear of this dealership and do not purchase from them.Review fromCharles T

1 starCorpAuto sells unsafe unreliable vehicles in need of repairs that you have to pay for. I went to them to get a reliable vehicle for me and my kids. Found a F150 four wheel drive truck I was interested in, told the salesman I needed a good dependable vehicle for my family in good condition. I couldn't afford to buy a vehicle and have to pay for repairs, I ask him if the truck had any mechanical issue's and he said no so I purchased it. Not only was I charged twice the book value for the truck but I have $3000 in repairs just weeks after I got it. After my mechanic went over the truck I was told it would take $9000 to fix it, it's a road hazard. It has been wrecked. It's been parked more than driven. I went back to CorpAuto and told them what the mechanic said they refused to work with me to resolve the problem. The truck is not safe and me and my kids lives are at risk every time we're in it. All dealerships should be required to tell you if a vehicle has been in a wreck. ********************************* wont ever deal with them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.Review fromPenny N

1 starWorst of the worst places to purchase a used car from. I paid $5000 down on a used car kia ***** I havent had it five months yet and havent been late on one payment. Just had brand new tires put on it. Oil started pouring out of it. There is a manufacturers warranty on the motor still. They told me to bring it and let there female mechanic fix it. It sat there all weekend without being touched. So the man calls me to tell me he can put me into something else if I bring two more thousand dollars down there. The money I put down on it came from my husband who passed with cancer. The same car up the road was $5000 less. I have two kids and there isnt a thing they can do to help me not even pay the wrecker bill to have it towed to *** in *********** which would only cost $160 where the warranty is on the motor for under ******* miles. They told me to bring it to them in ********* I live closer to ***********.Review fromDenise D

1 starOn 6/27/2022 we purchased a **** **** Granada from this company. Since we were in ********, ***** we had to depend on the honesty of the dealership when asking if all the primary systems on the car worked. Well, I can tell you honesty is not one of this company's assets. ***** assured us that the systems that I specifically asked about worked properly. Those were the power windows. power door locks. power seats and the A/C and heat. I was told buy ***** and later by ******* that the systems were in working order. When they shipped the car from Georgia to ***** and it arrived in Santa Fe the only items that worked were the A/C and the power seats. The car also had to be jump started to get it off the trailer and we then found out the battery would not hold a charge. So we had to install a new battery. Once the new battery was installed we found that not one of the power windows worked, the power door locks did not work and the heat did not work. We found out later that the fuel gauge and the radio did not work. The car was to be a gift to my wife who had wanted an older classic car. Needless to say she was very disappointed. Now, it just sits in the garage. We paid a premium price for this car due to the low mileage and the condition of the body and interior, but with the primary systems not working it's only worth half what we paid for it. So, I would recommend that you run from this dealer and not trust a word that they say about a car or truck. Either they know nothing about vehicles or they are that crooked. In short DO NOT BUY a vehicle from them. They are not a reputable dealership.Review fromRegina B

1 starThere salesman ************************* is the WORST. My son is disable in a wheelchair and **** sold him a vehicle with multiple problems check engine light indicating that there were transmission problems, the fuel tank would not work when you tried to full it up the pump would stop mid stream and then overflow fuel. When my son complained **** felt that he would only handle some of the issues but not all of them saying he is not paying for all these repairs. This was in two week of having the *** which one of the week they had the ***. So my son returned there car and requested his back which they removed things from his ***. When my son requested his title back **** ran in the office knowing my son could not follow him say we don't have it there and you need to come back for it tomorrow. My son knowing they can call the sheriff on him for thief if he drove off. So he called them the sheriff to retrieve his title from them. This is a deplorable way to do business especially to someone whom is disable in a wheelchair. I would not recommend anyone to deal with ************************* at CorpAuto in ********* **.Review fromSue V.
