    I Paid for a New Trailer Feb 2024. March 3, 2025 started having problems & I have called 15+ times in the last 6 weeks & WOW Wont call back .. I’ve texted several different people, I’ve emailed them . WOW WONT DO ANYTHING . I’ve been lied to.. i got my salesman JOHN S******** on the phone finally yesterday & he gave me the number to ****** ***** ******** out of Fla !! WOW, WOW, WOW is Right.. I paid WOW Trailers in Cochran Ga over $ 10,000, 1 Year & 2 months Ago now .. And This is their customer service?? Do NOT Waste Your Hard Earned Money on Something You WONT have a Warranty On . As hard as it is to make it in today’s world & these people out here ripping people off!!!

    horrible experience with dwayne the sales manager, dwayne was rude and went back on his word that they would deliver the trailer at no extra cost since it wasnt ready when they told me it would be and I made arrangements to go get it. Dwayne is a complete liar and a fraud who just talks in circles. zach my sales person wasnt a bad guy just over promised and under delivered. over all just a really bad company to deal with and would never do business with them. i literally have text messages from them saying they would deliver at no extra cost and then the next day telling me they wont be and i can come get the trailer if i wanted it. mind you im from ny so its not up the block. again dont do business with people who cant keep their word!!!!!!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. Spoke with Amy, which seemed pleasant at the time, went over the particulars and left a deposit via ****. Did some research and found their trailers to be inferior and cheap made and decided to buy a better trailer with a more reputable company. Tried to get my deposit back and now pleasant Amy was no longer. Gave me the run a round saying she didn't know how to refund the deposit, obviously incompetent, and would have to call me back, never did. Opened a dispute with **** and they held my deposit hostage until **** closed the dispute and refunded my money. BUY LOCAL AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! Read the BBB and **** reviews and you will definitely save yourself time and unwanted aggravation. Also I believe they operate under different names so do your research.

    I ordered a blue trailer and I was told 3weeks later that there was a problem with blue but I can get a black one in 2 weeks it was 3 weeks,and I had to sign contract 3weeks earlier 1st payment was due the next week stay away from this company still have not received any help from them have not received my tags have made 3 payments have not been able to work out of my unit yet

    Placed a 500$ deposit for a trailer and have yet to receive my refund after they tried to sell me a trailer that I didn’t agree to. No d-rings and the siding was supposed to be thicker material and they tried to get over on me with a thinner siding. Mysteriously, after complaining I was told that I needed to finance but was declined financing, the company still has yet to send my refund. No big deal right? Wrong! I spoke to Polly, George and Dean and they all 3 said we will get with the mainnoffice and you will get refund. WAIT …. and still no refund. Very disappointed with this company! I will update once refund is returned.

    MY POST OF THE DAY ABOUT WOW TRAILERS Manufactured by South Georgia Cargo and dealership bought Wow Cargo Trailers 110% junk trailers stay away from WOW trailers coming out of this dealership so cheaply made my 2023 8.5x28 I’ve had maybe 7-8 Months literally falling apart cheap welds braking everywhere floor and wall separating. Already had to replace shackles and equalizer’s roof vent worked 4 times now junk when built didn’t do floor and walls butted up to fenders instead they covered it up with the thin crap they use on seams of walls already replaced one lower wall it warped from water getting in threw there covered up hole. Frame inside and outside rusting like crazy and then now my roof spit open like it got brittle and split !!! Buyer beware STAY AWAY !!!! Don’t be like me fighting to keep trailer together and dealership does nothing but run around once leave lot good luck to you !!!

    Absolutely horrible. They just want your money and they’re liars. They tell you that you’re approved for a trailer then after you pay them they tell you that you were never approved. They only want your money.

    Great people here to talk to and help you build a trailer. Unfortunately I was told 2 to 3 weeks to be finished. It end up 6 weeks later and they had no idea on any updates. I was told one week it was being welded and then the following marker lights are being out on. With the following week waiting on axles to come in. They gave a dead line thst it would be done and 2 weeks after we got no updated and our sakes lady could get any answers from the manufacturer. If you have the time to wait I guess it's not bad but for us running a landscape business we didn't have thst time and needed answers. Wow cargo did refund our down payment and again I truly think it's there manufacturer on making them look bad and loosing sales.

    I’m looking the trailer and very like it. And contract them . They said put down $500 and will link me to finance company call click-lease. The seller so excited so exiting you approve $15.000 . The seller said you want buy the $15.000 trailer. I said no I just want small payment and I can afford . So end up i buy the trailer around $8.500 . I make payment $322 monthly from May ,2022 to present so I paid almost $3500 . Before I sign contract I call the seller couple time asking my monthly payment will towards to my balance and he said yes. They will said congratulations you again. Today May 3,2023 I call click lease they said today my paid off are $13.000 . They said I can’t return trailer either . Either way I make payment for 64 month it will be $19.000 . I fail in the trap and paid the trailer 3 time what the regular price. The seller will give you fail answer and end up you sign contract without know it. Too good be truth. I’m start up business owner. Finally my start up are got end . I’m learning from the business can scam business. I’m stuck. Hope someone out there see my post and don’t fail like me.
