    I purchased a *** ** ***** XXX XXXX on April ******** When purchasing this bike it had 4550 miles.This bike now has 5000 miles.Because I purchased this bike from a private owner I decided to have it completely serviced on June ******* at Extreme Powersports. Picked the bike up on June ******** While riding notice blinker and lights were not working.I also notice the brakes being very soft.I Returned the ***** to Extreme Powersports.On July ******* Decided to ride the ***** on July ******** Not even two blocks from my home the entire bike shut down in the middle of the highway, leaving me stranded. I walked around the ***** I noticed wires broken and tangled in the right tire well, Once again I had to return the ***** with towing expenses. Picked the ***** up on July ******* test drove the bike I then complained of a burning smell manager comes out and assured me it was nothing.On August ****** took the bike out for a ride notice a burning smell and a clicking noise so I returned the bike once again, now to be told the transmission was completely gone it was bone dry. I just could not believe what I was hearing, this bike had no leaks ,no accidents, no major problems, I simply wanted a simple maintenance check ...this company had totally destroyed my bike..according to manuel transmission service is not yet required .now their saying its my fault.The guy that previously own this bike explained he should have warned me about this company. I honestly thought this was a reliable company. People Please Beware

    Financial Management I purchased a 2023 slingshot on line it stated 23,699. They were running a special for 2,000 dollar's Customer cash or 6 months interest free. Or 7 months no payment l received neither one.. But instead I got a high interest rate. With almost 780 credit score.. Plus I was charged a extra 2,000 for the bike.. Which it came up to 25,699 instead of taking off 2,000 or 2,000 Customer cash. I been back and forth with the finance manager. He couldn't explain to me why he added 2,000 instead of subtracting. I went back the next day to say I changed my mind before 24 hours. I said buyers remorse Zack stayed there is no such thing. I have to keep the Slingshot and I stated he took advantage of me because I was a woman. He got upset and started talking aggressive.. I asked to talk to his boss but he never got him.. He still was trying to convince me that he had to charge me the extra 2,000. I called back a week later and he transferred my call to someone in the store but it wasn't his boss. I asked to speak to his boss but still haven't spoken to him.. I want my 2,000 in merchandise or applied to my loan. I was told my credit score doesn't determine my interest rate. Plus the price for the Slingshot on line was for cash deal. It didn't state that on line this still doesn't give him the right to add 2,000 to the sale. I purchased a ****** in 2022 had a better experience. Or I was to excited to notice....
