    I'm going to make this as fast as possible I'm opening a new business, So I decided to get a banking account so kinetic was my Choice. I'm a ** year old guy who likes service.AND I GOT IT AND IT WAS GREAT WHEN SIGNING UP . I had a problem with **** *** being hooked to my account, I'm **years old I didn't know **** *** had a breach and leaked everyone's information. I seen the lawsuit. But hey I didn't jump on board . I want just what's mine and wish I would of now. I assumed I made it through and maybe t was just a greed thing coming from some mega law firm . And then was looking like a fool. Through my **** *** my kinetic account was hit hard and I went to **** *** first cause kinetic was good to me getting signed up and in the door coming from a military family my dad said always use credit Union son . Kinetic was my Choice was great getting signed up the first problem with the **** *** dispute. Was wonderful I thought man best bank in Columbus I ever worked with . I had a friend who works at *** that said it should of been dispute problems with kinetic with **** *** having the breach and it all coming from there .I got my money fast . But as kinetic got the 1st claim under 1 name 1 **** *** account. I'm thinking there great .But it was work that I didn't know that employees was running from I'm thinking it was over and had been weeks of time gone by . I check my Checking account and it's -$488 .00 I'm calling in and know one knows anything. And all a sudden I get kinetic bank customer service assistant who speak broken English. And I'm all asudden not the person to be nice to . All help that came on the line wanted the **year old man with the orbic cheap phone to do there job and regive transactions dates. Having weeks to look at my money cause we all know if there is one thing that can make a old man mad is play with his money.Noticing I had information and that meant work . I was put on hold 2hrs. Waiting-.i the old man got mad and cursed out voicemail

    A full account review was conducted and the steps that were taken were found to be in-line with all credit union procedures. Furthermore, the number of disputes within the first six weeks of the account’s existence was determined to be excessive. At some point it is the member’s responsibility to properly manage who they grant account access to. The credit union followed the procedures outlined by our partner **** and gave you the appropriate provisional credits as the investigation was conducted. Any transactions that were later charged back were determined to be legitimate per ****’s investigation. We will continue to close out any remaining investigations in accordance with our credit union and **** procedures.

    Lastly your behavior and abusive treatment of our employees will not be tolerated. Our security officer discussed this with you in great detail and provided you with some options moving forward.

    I have 4 $35 NSF'S from kinetic because of ****. I've been in touch with **** and the credit union and I've filled a complaint against **** in here as well. I was told a manger would call back last week and he didn't after 2 days and today a representative hung up in my face because she didn't like my tone of frustration of a disabled Veteran having money taken when it shouldn't be and when **** said it shouldn't have been. And now I have charges even after I took my bank information off the site for ****. I asked to dispute the charges and the bank lady in the phone ignored me. The calls are recorded on both ends if needed

    On *******23 a manager reached out to Mr. ********. A thorough review of his account was conducted and a mutually agreed upon plan was put in place. Mr. ******** seemed pleased with the outcome of the call. Thanks
