    I reserved 3 separate rooms with this hotel via ***********. Upon arrival my party and I discovered that the room was not cleaned as floors were sticky, and pet hairs were visible all over including in refrigerator. There were also health hazards as the pillows and sheets were stained with what looked like body fluids as well as fresh blood. I attempted to resolve with front desk manager and upon showing her one of the pillows she snatched rudely out of my hand and stated that she would have housekeeping change the sheets. Upon reviewing the housekeepers work , I realized she had only changed a top sheet in 1 of the 3 rooms. When I went back to resolve with the same manager she rudely stated I would no longer be able to stay there. I requested a refund for my security deposit and payment. She instead engaged in an employment interview while ignoring me and making my party and I wait 2.5 hours until she finally attended me. When she came back to attend me she stated that we were there for too long and thus she would be charging us for that night despite the fact that we never went back to the room as we were wait for her to attend us. The manager then stated that we would have to deal with *********** and refused to help us. Upon calling *********** they stated that they spoke with that same manager but were unable to resolve anything as she was abrasive and rude to their representative.

    We arrived at this hotel on Friday **** **** There was a storm causing a tree to fall on the hotel damaging our belongings. The hotel promised to put us up somewhere else but they did not. They also have not refund us.
