    I originally contacted the business for their wedding services. After not hearing from the business for more than 6 months and wanting to change the date of the wedding, I made many attempts to contact the business who failed to return my repeated calls and emails. I then made contact and found the owner of the Inn to be rude and disorganized, so I canceled the wedding. We did not have any contact with the owner after the **** 2022 cancellation. The business owner then charged my credit card for a room at the end which I did not authorize and disputed with my bank who ruled in my favor on ****22. The business owner then charged my credit card again on ****-22 in which I again disputed with my bank and stated this was a fraudulent charge as it was not authorized by me. I demand an apology from the owner, a refund of the 2nd charge and a financial settlement for the owners actions.

    This property was advertised and booked as a Bed and Breakfast. In the listed amenities breakfast was to be provided. I can provide documentation for this with my receipt and by the fact that it is still advertised this way currently. When I asked the property manager about breakfast details I was advised that they don't provide that anymore and they could recommend restaurants. I can provide documentation of this text exchange. On the morning of our departure when we tried to take a shower prior to our departure the hot water did not work. I messaged the owner at 9:15 am about this problem. Check out was at 11:00am. The property does not have a front desk or lobby so utilizing the phone was the only way to reach the owners. They finally responded to this problem at 11:52am. We had already left the property because of the check out time. I can provide documentation for this. So our weekend away at a Bed & Breakfast had no breakfast...no coffee and no shower. We requested a refund or partial refund through the booking agent and the Rothschild-Pound House Inn has not been willing to provide it, even though I have documentation to my claims. They are guilty of false advertising at a minimum and display the "BBB" logo proudly on their website.
