It all started when I inquired about a 2014 **** ******** and was supposed to test drive Vehicle on ********* My husband and I contacted the Dealership before we left the house to make sure Vehicle was still on the lot. Come to find out the Vehicle wasn't on the lot and hadn't been delivered yet. GM told us he would call us when it arrived and passed inspection, which he did. We test drove the Vehicle on ******** and everything seemed okay. Two weeks after having the Vehicle, the car started to make a loud humming sound, like an old vehicle that hadn't been serviced in a minute. I only drive the Vehicle to and from work. I reached out to the GM, no answer nor response. I requested the Inspection and finally got someone to send to me after a week. We had a trained mechanic crawl under the Vehicle to see if he can tell what was going on, without touching anything, due to warranty, and he took a picture of what was supposed to be my catalytic converter. There wasn't one, it was replaced with a Flex Pipe. Which tells me that a thorough inspection was not completed, because it would have failed, and the Dealership would have been out a sale. Nowhere on the Inspection does it state the catalytic converter wasn't looked at, as well. Which should have never passed the Emission Inspection. GM will still not return my call or emails to discuss the situation. Servicing scheduled an appointment for my Vehicle, without discussing with me about when would be the best time to bring Vehicle. Then turns around and tells me that the Vehicle will need to be left at the Dealership because of the time frame it will take to fix. It should only take an hour or so to fix. When a loaner Vehicle is discussed with servicing, they state that the Dealership does not do that. This is by far one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had.
