We purchased a pool liner from Aquarius Pools for $3307, and the liner included a warranty from Aquarius. Within the warranty period, we started to notice discoloring of the liner. We contacted Aquarius in-store, on April **, 2021. The manager told us to contact the pool manufacturer directly. We e-mailed ***** Pools the same day at noon. ***** asked for water sample history from Aquarius. We provided that to *****. On April ****, ***** responded to us and let us know that our water chemistry was not up to their recommendations - even though we tested every week through the Aquarious store and purchased chemicals any time it was recommended. We were told our water was perfect. We sent this information to Aquarius and the store then contacted *****. Then Aquarius adjusted their water testing procedure to use *****'s recommended "levels." Since then we have asked monthly for an update on when they will replace the liner. We have yet to hear an answer. If Aquarius was not testing our water to the manufacturer's specifications then that falls on them. We purchased the liner and warranty from Aquarius and they should replace our pool liner.Business response
