I rented a house through this company. I paid rent 990.00 early every month. I purchased a house and asked to be let out of my lease three months early. They agreed to let me out of my lease and said they would keep my deposit. I agreed to that because I thought that whatever needed to be done once I moved would come out of the deposit money. The only thing that was not done was the carpet wasn’t cleaned and it didn’t really need to be cleaned and the small glass was cracked on the oven door. The oven is an old oven on the wall. Chester R******* sent me an invoice for 480.00 I have been going back and forth with him because as I explained to him I was under the impression that the deposit money would take care of whatever needed to be done. This was a three bedroom two bath separate dining and den. With that being said I gave him back the house just the way he gave it to me clean. I did. ask for an invoice from a replicable company and he said that I would get that after the work was done yet he had already sent me one that he had made up himself. I told him that I would have it done because professional carpet cleaning is only 20 per room and only four rooms had carpet so that would be 80 not 180 which is what he wants to charge me. He also wants to charge me 300 for the price of the small price of glass on the oven door. The oven door was cracked from the inside and it was so it was nothing that I did. I am being ripped off. My experience with dealing with this man has been the worst experience I’ve ever gone through. I am sure that stove is over 50 years old if not older the glass is about the size of a small shoe box and I know it wouldn’t cost 380 for that. They are trying to get me to buy another stove. I kept this house in perfect condition from the landscaping to the inside.
