Hey, I recently moved from *** ** ** in July of 2022, so in essence I was a transplant seeking peace and solitude from the busy city. In August of 2022, I purchased my car, and within 3 weeks I was in the shop due to the need for new brakes and rotors for my newly hired firm in *********** **. I needed a reliable vehicle to travel between downtown and *********** *** In October, I had to return it to ****** for transmission replacement, delayed speed, and shaky steering when driving over 60 miles per hour. When I purchased my car, the sales representative informed me that I had an extended warranty up to 60 thousand miles. However, when I arrived at ******, this was not the case and no one from Budget remembered what I had said. Since purchasing the car, it has depleted my savings and I am solely dependent on family to pay for the mechanics. Before selling the car, the person or business that owned it neglected to perform routine maintenance repairs and did not perform a complete diagnostic. Do not even bother having them "Take it to their mechanic" since they specialize in collisions. There is no SINCE THEY DONT SPECIALIZE IN UNDER THE HOOD wear and tear on CARS AND TRUCKS, and it has been a nightmare and regret. In light of the fact that this vehicle would need tons of repairs as a single woman, the company and the representatives of this business should be ashamed of themselves for selling this vehicle. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER UNLESS YOU HAVE AN IN-HOUSE DIAGNOSTIC PERFORMED BY THE SERVICE CENTER OF THE VEHICLE MAKER. DO NOT LET THEM TELL YOU THE CAR OR TRUCK HAS BEEN LOOKED AT AND IS READY TO ROLL OUT THEIR LOT. P.S. CURRENTLY I'VE SPENT 3K ON THIS CAR AND IT'S BEEN IN THE SHOP ONCE A MONTH.
