    This are the absolute worse battery that I've ever owned. This battery is in my 2006 Acura RL. Today it's cold outside and my battery has died making me late for my daily duties with my child. Stranded at Chic Fila was not part of my daily routine!!!!! This is not the first time the battery has displayed signs of weakness. My electrical system is fine there is nothing wrong with my starter, alternator, etc ITS THIS JUNK BATTERY! Im very reluctant to return to this establishment to ever purchase another battery due to the fact of the poor management AKA LACK OF CONCERN Im very upset because they are junk. They refused to exchange or give my money back and the batteries are still under warranty. Why would I pay more money for faulty batteries. The owners will not speak with me about this and Im getting nowhere with Management.

    I purchased 3 semi batteries for $414.72 in April 2022. The batteries are under 24 months warranty. The batteries were not holding a charge, and after a few months, they wouldn't even crank my truck. I brought the batteries back to address the issues. The sop requires them to charge the batteries for 3 days, which I did. After picking up the batteries after charging, attempted to crank my truck again and to no avail the truck would not crank. I took the batteries to another battery company to be checked and they advised that although the batteries were showing 12v the cranking amps were well below specs, and stated all 3 batteries are bad. I brought the batteries back to Moreland batteries and advised them of the issue. They advised me that they would pro rate me a additional $40 per battery for 3 batteries, for a total of a additional $120 to issue 3 more batteries with the return of the defective batteries. I asked to speak with the owners or managers and was denied. After I made my complaint via ****** review, the owner responded in a attempt to discredit my claim. The owner has no way to contact them, I've attempted to call all 3 locations and can't reach anyone, I've also emailed the company email and to no response from a supervisor nor response. Moreland batteries are scammers and they are selling defective batteries. All I asked for were for quality batteries that I paid my hard working money for. I will advise all potential customers to be very cautious of buying these low quality batteries because they refuse to honor their warranty.
