I wish I didnt have to choose a star rating because this place does not deserve any stars. My husband scheduled a cleaning appointment a month in advance. He received and confirmed his appointment when he was notified. He called the office the day of his appointment letting the front desk receptionist know he was in route and will be 5mins behind. His appointment was scheduled for 11:40a and he arrived at 11:45a. When he arrived he informed he just called letting them know he was running a little behind. They told him to wait and stated they have to see if they can still see him and took his chart to the back. When the lady came back to the lobby area he asked if he can be seen she told him they can only do his X-rays and not his cleaning he will have to reschedule his cleaning appointment after he was told they have a 10min grace ****** in which he made it on time. Its very misleading and customer service has really gone down here and I will never refer another person or family member to this facility. The staff is not helping and he missed half a day of work from being mislead. My step brother was treated the same a couple weeks before arrived on time for his appointment to have to sit and wait 45mins before being assisted with a cleaning. This is poor service and not putting your patient care first especially when they are quick to get money out your pocket for extra dental work you do not need. We will take our business elsewhere for a staff that cares and put their patient's first.
