      I would STRONGLY advise against working with this company. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I initially reported issues with my heating system on January 7, 2025, but my heat was not properly restored until February 13, 2025. Over the course of multiple technician visits, each new technician identified a "new" problem, resulting in increasing out-of-pocket expenses. To make matters worse, I was charged over $500 for work that was not even completed. I had to insist that they return and properly fix the issue before agreeing to make any payments.A technician unnecessarily cut and replaced ductwork in the crawl space, when the actual damaged ductwork should have been addressed instead. Now, just one month later, after spending thousands of dollars on repairs, I am facing further issues with the system not functioning properly. I was informed that I would need to pay for an entirely new unit, despite the significant work that was done only weeks ****** add to the frustration, the technician removed the batteries from my thermostat before leaving, leaving me to believe the thermostat was malfunctioning and that I had no working heating or air conditioning.This company appears to employ inexperienced technicians, provides subpar service, and seems more interested in generating revenue than ensuring quality work. The entire experience has been unacceptable. I have now escalated the issue to my home warranty provider for further **************** I am expecting a baby in three weeks, this situation is particularly distressing, as I am left without heat or air conditioning in my home.

      This so-called company is horrible!! They hire unqualified people they call technicians to come to peoples homes and wreck their heating/ac systems. Please stay clear of them. They were sent to my home through America Home Shield who is also terrible as well. Stay clear of both of these 2 for sure and save yourself the headache. Put *** out of business, please!! They are only taking peoples money with no solutions.

      This is the worst company I have ever delt with, bad customer service, they started my repair on July 2nd I'm still waiting for them to come and complete it's July 16th now the first call they gave me a window from 2 til 6 they finally came at 7:30 didn't call or anything if it was anything less than 1 star they would get it,I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and they have an F rating from the BBB anyone thinking of using this company DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Would give zero stars if that was an option. Long story short, my A/C unit went out. We have a 3 story house. One unit that covers the first floor and the other for the second and third floor. Of course the one for the 2nd and 3rd floor went out. Call insurance company and was told they would be out here the following day. Quick right? Were in ******* and this heat is very disrespectful. Guy come out, cant speak English. Not sure what he did because when I contacted Air design to find out what the problem was, she had not spoken to the contractor. They have been out to our house a total of 5 times. $1886.00 later and it still did not work. After the 5th time we were told that there was nothing else they could do. Spent another ***** for a service cal and the young man fixed it. Get a call from Air Design about coming back out with the additional parts. Another company already fixed the issue. Air Design sent an invoice to the insurance company for more money. Please save yourself from a headache. If your insurance company assigns them to fixed anything in your house, PLEASE request another company. I looked at the reviews too late.

      This company is a fraud !!! Please do not use them ! I have video of the worker in my home messing up my AC unit and then they told my warranty company they could not access my home ! The owner ******* stated yelling me when I called to report that his worker didnt speak English and he didnt know what he was doing ! I will post the video showing what happened .

      I give them 0 stars because they are horrible. If you have temps dropping into 11 degrees they dont even bother to call and tell you they cant make your service request then worse they lie and say they went to wrong houseand never called or showed up on the second appointment!! These people are pathetic!

      This is a horrible company dedicated to ripping people off, NOT providing good service. They have charged me for a service that was covered by my AHS (American Home Shield) warranty and have refused to speak to me or **************** on the phone to rectify the matter. Trying to deal with them has been a nightmare and I would advise anyone looking for good heating and cooling service to keep looking, do not deal with this company.

      Non responsive via phone or e-mail. They were contracted through a home warranty and say they cannot submit the report to the home warranty due to an issue with their "portal". The home warranty company says they cannot approve the fix to the ** unit until they receive the report. The ** company says they cannot manually provide the report... It has been a scam between the ** company and the home warranty company. Whenever I did reach a person via phone, they were not helpful, knowledgeable, and one hung up on me. It's a disgrace to call this company a company. shame on them and everyone that works for them.

      This company is very dishonest and extremely difficult to reach when there is an issue.One of 2 of my units stopped working. ***************** sent Air Design A/C & Heating to my house to repair my air. They came to my house, said that the unit needed to replace, and left. I did not hear anything back from this company and they confirmed with HSA that they resolved my issue by replacing the part to fix my air conditioning unit which was not the case. HSA did not want to return the fee for services despite services had not been completed. Georgia is hot and miserable with two young daughters. The company has done nothing to resolve this issue of which I paid for in APRIL. It is now JUNE. I will be filing a complaint against HSA for not allowing me to be serviced although I paid money to be serviced.
