They are not BBB accredited for a reason people. Do not do business here! I recently took my dirt bike to this place to have the carburetor cleaned only. well after they kept the bike for over a month I was told that the carburetor is contaminated with 2 cycle oil? mind you this is a 4 cycle bike that has never been out of my sight and no one ever had the opportunity to put 2 cycle gas into the tank. I reluctantly agreed to have the carburetor replaced, but I requested the old one for my inspection. When I picked up the bike they did give me the old carburetor and when I got home I carefully disassembled the carburetor looking for any trash or old oil residue.( I found none!!) They also charged me for things that I firmly told them not to do. Such as an oil change and a new spark plug, which I had already done and told them so!!! Unfortunately they got me this time, but please don't let them cheat you! call around and if necessary drive a 100 miles to find a good shop. this place will scam you and take your money and run. they are crooks. PLEASE HEAD MY WARNING OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE SOON PARTED AT THIS PLACE. caveat emptor!!!!!!

I currently own an older motorcycle that ran into an issue that made it unrideable. I looked around my area for some shops nearby to help, and really could only have this one shop. So, I called in the ********* location of this store, and ***** quoted me a time and price that I could work with. I got the bike towed over, paid the upfront diagnostic price, and waited about a week and half to hear something. About a week later, I had to call in. I was told someone else was over it, but it wasn't until I came in person that I found out it was taken to *******. No one told me, and no one asked. ***** told me ***(*******) would be calling me.So, I finally get a callback, and the first thing I notice is this woman has absolutely no customer service skills. Immediately agitated sounding, refusal to answer all my questions and listen to complaints. She didn't even know when my bike was towed over, and told me I would have to wait another week before my bike got looked at.Finally, it gets looked at, but I had to go in person for an update. Met **************(owner), and his wife. Not only were all of them trying to shrug of my complaints, but *** even tried to sell me a bike and made jokes about charging me to hear my complaints. They did nothing to make this right.I come back the next day to let them know what I want to do next. Before, I was offered to trade it or fix it, but the price to fix it was WAY more than what I originally agreed to. So, *** wasn't here, so I just spoke to his wife and *** about this. Once again, just shrugging off my complaints and explaining to me I was getting more than what I paid for. I just told her to send it back to **********(May 11)So, on May 15 I talked to ***(recorded). She says the bike would be brought back May 16. I called on May 16, and she puts me on hold for over 7 minutes, and then says it'll be May 17. She immediately hangs up. My bike is being held essentially hostage, and it's more than likely intentional. DO NOT COME HERE!

I would not do business here because they are not professional in any way. They are disorganized, combatant, and accept no accountability for their actions or inactions. They held my motorcycle for eleven months without calling me a single time. When I visited them at their store in ******* awhile back the manager told me he had a buyer for my bike. My bike was there on consignment. No one called me. There was communication with me and miscommunication among the employees as to pricing according to what the owner told me. When I visited the store on 5/10/2024 it was to retrieve my motorcycle(bike). At that time I requested the bill and my title. At first hey told me I never gave them the title and I told them I did reluctantly. I also told them they also had me sign the title as the seller. They recanted and told me that they would make an adjustment on the 150 dollar inspection fee. So they charged 100 instead of 150. The inspection fee was 150. They allowed 50 for gas and a duplicate title. When I got the bike it was on a flat tire, the battery was dead, and the gas tank was on empty. Someone had taken the bike for a joyride. By the time I got home later that evening I realized they had not given back my key to lock the bike. I called the next day on Saturday to let them know and at first they told me the key should have been in the bike. Then they recanted and said they would look for it. So far they haven't found it and one of the employees got irritated with me and hung up on me after explaining to me that I never gave them a key. My son had accompanied me and is my witness as well as the cameras.
