    I purchased the exercise and diet plan from Mad muscles and it showed only a one time fee. Evidently buried in their terms of service is a line saying this is a reoccurring subscription. They do not directly mention this. They do not warn you before charging your credit card. I contacted them once charged again and they refused to refund the money. I advised I used the app for less than 30 minutes and counted the initial money as lost not expecting further charges.

    The product the company advertises is not what they sell, it does not fit any needs for the consumer as advertised and their refund policy is ridiculous. I purchased the product, had it for 2 minutes before realizing it was not what they advertised and had them cancel my account and asked for a refund. They advised they would not refund my money because I had not done something right and then that I had not met their refund policy of using the product for 10 days and multiple other pointless steps.I have disputed with my bank and they are fighting it but will lose. Just ridiculous that a company needs a consumers money so bad that they will not refund it within 5 minutes of purchase

    My minor son signed up for a program with mad muscle, and never got access to the program. I wasn't aware until I saw the charges on my bank statement. When I asked, he mentioned he used the card without my consent, but he assured me he never received any service from it and that was that.Unknowing to him, Mad muscle went ahead and charged my card a monthly subscription on 17the April 2023 in addition to the charges they billed on 16th March 2023. So, in total they charged my card $61.98. I contacted them to request they stop the subscription and refund my card because I did not authorize the charge and I mentioned he never got access to the program. After many emails from various persons. It seems every time I sent a message, a different person responds, which was alarming to me, they only refunded me $15.49.I need them to refund my card the entire $30.99 for the second subscription as well since they are aware the person did not receive the service. I look forward to getting this resolved.Thank you.
