I have been living at the ******** ********** for over ten years, and during that time my apartment have been burglarized by the maintenance crew on numerous occasions. They have stolen various items a little at a time so that I had not noticed it, that is until I started looking for things I knew I had purchased. I’ve called the police several times and made police reports regarding this matter but unfortunately they were of no help due to lack of evidence. When I continued to complain, I was served with an eviction notice. I was brought to court not because I was behind on my rent, not because I was being a nuisance towards my neighbors or causing damage to their property but because I called the cops about my property being stolen by the people they hired. Also because they claimed I agreed to move out which was a total lie. Even the judge could not understand why I was being brought to court, until she realized the review I left online. Needless to say the case was thrown out. Because of their loss in court, management had made it even more unbearable to stay there, leaving notices on my door requesting money even though I had paid the rent three days prior, refusing to answer my phone calls. I was calling for them to explain the notice they had left on my door. When I had called from a different number, ***** ******* and her assistant cursed me out and hung the phone up on me. Then called the police on me. After being constructively evicted ***** proceeded to harass me stating I had made damages to the apartment, didn't return the key and had failed to clean up. This is not true at all. The key was turned in on ********* **, 2022. I have multiple pictures as proof. Still ***** proceeded to submit false reports to the credit bureau, which had negatively affected my credit score greatly. This just wrong. First I was robbed on regular basis by the maintenance crew, then robbed of my cleaning deposit but now robbed of points on my credit score! Please help!
