    Called AAA for a flat tire/stripped lugnut on the side of the highway. I explained to the operator that I was in the median of the highway and it was not safe. The operator said 1.5 hours and when I explained it was not safe she became rude and hung up on me. 1.5 hours later I called to see where the tow truck was and they said they had called me and I told them I longer needed them. That was not true and my 1.5 hour wait next to a very busy, now dark highway began again. Horrible service
