    we purchased a phne with your company we chose to use another carrier we sent back device to address we were given ware house refue=sed to accept we are being charged mounthly for phones we dont even have we were told that we had to pay 117 dollars we sent a check 4//1 check was never cashed as of 4/22 we offered to pay with credit card we were told we cant i do not want this to hurt my credit reting i have had nothing but aggragation with you company i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau

    Be aware of just how terrible this company is with cellular service. Pure Talk is worse than Sprint. **** ******* was the only reason I attempted to utilize this company. Pure Talk is attempting to support the United States and the veterans. Pure Talk customer service and technical support was a nightmare. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I lost a lot of money attempting to utilize a company such as Pure Talk. I will never stray from T-Mobile again. I learned an expensive ******* **** ******* is in it for profit. Other than that, he should know this company is not a good company. Wow! It has been a very traumatizing experience dealing with this very incompetent company.

    My son just turned 18 and I helped him fill out an order form for Pure Talk. First, he didnt qualify for the instant phone discount, and we were never given a reason. No email ever came (yes the email they had was correct), as a couple different customer service people told me it would. My son decided to order a phone anyways without it, and we got the email confirmation. A few days later I called to check to see if it had been shipped because wed had no email update. After talking to two people, I found out that they had refunded the money. I never got an email explaining anything. I was just going to add my son to our account, to avoid any further hassle, but I was told that what happened to me was odd and I should try to re-order through a sales representative. So we did and he said hed never had problems before and he was optimistic. That day, I received an email, asking for an ID to go along with it, which I provided right away. Days later, I called back, and they had denied the application again. No explanation. None of it made sense. Whoever is behind the scenes acts highly incompetent. We went down the road and gave our service to another provider, and now, Im switching my service as well when I can.

    After a week of talking with pure talk to change my phone to them, it still hasnt happened. Every person I talked to said something different about what I needed to do. They have left me more than frustrated and with a phone that has no service.

    This is hands down the worst customer service experience i have ever had. And i have had some doozies in my life. I would not suggest Pure Talk Wireless to my worst enemy. They have ridiculous business practices and even worse ethics. They hide behind their advertising as an American ran company with American customer services but they are hands down the Temu of the cell phone industry , i just lost my cell phone number i have had for 20 years because THEY screwed over the port over process. Stay away from this ************* and don't be scammed by the podcasters that are being paid to advertise for them.

    RIP OFF COMPANY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, STEALS ********** PEOPLES' MONEY.I ordered the service erroneously. I cancelled within days after ordering, never having used their service. They sent a phone when I told them not to. I never opened the box the phone came in. They charged me for the phone, then refused to refund the cost of this phone, or supply return shipping label. I had to call THREE TIMES before they cancelled my service, still refusing to refund me!Each time I was on hold for a hour. Lousy service.

    I switched to Puretalk to save some money. I've had my rate increased with no reason, a tech insist on changing a setting that didn't work,(found solution online) and I cancelled an order for a phone before it shipped but was charged anyway and the phone shipped. In my experience, Puretalk is dishonest and unethical. They claim to honor military vets, but this hasn't been my experience.Update: After filing complaints with Atty ******* in ******* and ******** Puretalk said they would issue full refund. As of today, Dec 20, 2024, they still have not done so. Over 90 days later and they still haven't refunded 100%. I have switched to another carrier and recommend you do the same or don't switch to puretalk to start with. Honesty does not appear to be their policy and they don't honor military veterans.
