I hired BAM Tree to remove 2 tall pine trees in my backyard and an oak tree in the front yard and grind the *****. On September 10th, the company arrived to begin work. They started with the removal of the smaller of the two pine trees. I was on a dr. **** call at the time the tree was coming down. I heard a huge boom and the entire house shook and sounded as if the tree hit the house. I ran into the hall and looked towards the ceiling and did not see anything, so I finished my call. After my call, I went downstairs (about 10 min later) and noticed part of the tree had punched a hole into my living room next to the window and my sofa. In the same corner sat a glass top end table with the *** player base main component for my surround sound system and a ***/VHS player combo. The tree penetrating the house had overturned the end table and the electronics. I went outside and saw that the tree had not been cut down in sections, but cut directly at the base. My siding, gutters, roof, and downspout had all been visibly damaged. The electronics on the table where the tree penetrated was also damaged. I contacted BAM Tree immediately and told the workers not to remove the remaining 2 trees, but to go ahead and finish the tree they had taken down. Even the supervisor said that the tree was taken down improperly. I wanted to file a claim with their insurance. BAM canceled the claim, but assured me that they will take care of all the damages. They have paid for the damage to the structure of the house (gutter, downspout, siding, inside drywall, painting, roof) and said they were not going to charge me for the 1 tree that was removed. I told them at the time of the loss that the electronics were thrown off the table. After the repairs were done to the house, I then began to search for estimates to replace the equipment. BAM Tree came back and said they were not paying for the damaged electronics due they felt they have paid enough.

"770 Bam Tree" sets a new standard of un-professionalism, poor cutomer service and dis-interest. In June 2020 I ordered installation of 15 x 10ft ************************* 15x8ft trees supplied. Planted incorrectly resulting in 4 dying. They had a third party replace ( this time with 6ft trees!!!) and once again they were not planted properly-this analysis came from a licensed arborist-and 3 then died! A request to replace these faulty tress was met with instructions to contact their legal council, who advised that this was too small for him to handle (value over $1,000) and not to waste his time! This was written in October 2022 over 2 years after initial planting and absolutely no futher attempts at resolution! This company has been an absolute didaster and caused significant financial loss for me and thus, in all fairness and candor to those that *** need to know, I recommend staying far far away from 770 Bam Tree
