    I was referred here by ************. I went on a possible extraction and for an implant after that extraction. After I have arrived, they tell me there is a $300 consultation and x-ray fee that No One had told me about when I called and made the appt, nor during the follow up confirmation calls. I started crying as I not expecting to pay anything then. Also, I said I have x-rays from the referral Dr, they should have or be able to get from them. They gave reasons that the other practice doesnt do there job and I needed to have done here. They assure me that my $300 will be applied towards the actual procedure, not to worry. Even the dentist confirmed-pay or dont be seen. I was already there etc, so I paid the $300.00 They give me a price for extraction and implant (also possible bone graft). They also gave me a price on getting an implant tooth Next to the one I was coming in for. They said I could do the new tooth implant, and extraction at the same time, then come back months later for the implant I was coming in for originally, once healed. I signed off on the plan with pricing that they advised on for each service. NO WHERE on the form and NO ONE at the office advise, you ******************* done or we will jack up the prices on the other services (I was getting a discount due to circumstances). I called to advise I only wanted the extraction and implant on the ONE tooth I came in for they THEN advised me Nope! I have to get ALL work done or we are jacking up the prices on the other services an additional $491!!! Then when I argued about the money, they said, (1) pay for all including what I did not want or come in for, or (2) pay MORE for the needed services for the one tooth I did come in for, or (3) or go elsewhere. So I said I want my $300 back since you are refusing to do the work at the prices you already gave me. They refused. They said I paid for the consult and X-rays but I already had those from the referring dentist-as it turns out-Her Sister!

    This patient was dismissed from our office and what was discussed with her treatment cannot be disclosed due to HIPPA policy however, she was issued a refund via check from our office of $300 for her CT scan.

    I was Not "dismissed from their office" that is a lie. I choose not to go back because of their changing prices on services I wanted, because I would not ALSO get "suggested" work done, as outlined in the complaint. They did however finally refund my money, that is the only honest thing they've done--and only after I threatened to take them to court, made the BBB filling, and posted bad reviews for their atrocious conduct as a dental healthcare provider.
