      This company is an absolute disgrace, they are extremely unprofessional, aggressive, hostile, and they try to antagonize you in any way humanly possible. They have been contacting me about a debt claiming the debt is mine, which it is not and even after telling them that on multiple occasions they continue to call and harass me. I know my rights and that is that these debt collectors are not supposed to call you with intent to harass and/or annoy you, which is exactly what they do, they have to provide you with information i.e. where they are calling from, their name, address information for their business, which multiple of the calls I've received they have not stated where they're from and just go straight to harassing me, they've threatened to make a complaint against me in my county, they've called multiple times in one day, and they've called after 9 o' clock at night. These are all things that debt collectors are legally not allowed to do but, every call I receive, they violate at least one of my rights. I have every bit of evidence I need to file a lawsuit against them, as they have caused emotional distress in my life, they call me at work and interrupt my workday as well as calling way to late in the evening. They can't even provide me with a LEGIT validation letter, it looks like a giant scam and I'm not dealing with it anymore. LEAVE ME ALONE.

      Ms. ****** has a file in our office for an unpaid debt with EMoney.  Our client placed this account in our office on  4/21/25. I reviewed the account and see that we have spoken to Mr. ****** a few times and sent her the First Notice. I have closed the account in our office and returned it to our client.  Ms. ****** will not be contacted by National Check Resolution, Inc. again.

      This company is reporting as a derogatory on my credit report and I cant find any good contact information for them in order to dispute it. I do not own this debt to my knowledge and everytime I dispute it they find a way to leave it on there.

      We do have an account in our office for ************************* with an unpaid debt for a ********** credit card.  On 7/16/24 we received information that the debt was being disputed.  The file has been updated with this information and should already be removed from the credit file.  This account has been sent back to our client for disputing status.

      Im not liable for this debt with NATIONAL CHECK RESOLUTION, I do not have a contract with the collection agency. They did not provide me the original contract as I requested.

      ****************** does have an account in our office for an unpaid debt with *********** I have reviewed the account and we have not received any dispute from TransUnion nor have we had any communications with ******************.  This debt is not a loan, so there is no contract.  The debt is a credit card, so there is paperwork for that credit card account.  ****************** will need to contact our office to discuss this account or she can dispute the debt through TransUnion or www.ncr.agency/dispute.

      Someone from NCR contacted my husband in regard to me on 04/15/2024 from a **************, ** and left a message on his voicemail, threatening "further action" if I didn't call them back. When calling the number back, a woman answered and said "Hi how can I help you". When I asked who was speaking, she asked me to confirm my name, and again I asked her who was speaking, she said "******" and I asked her where she was calling from. When I asked that, she hung up the phone. I called back and a very rude man answered and wouldn't let me speak. I tried to ask where he was calling from he said NCR, and I said, what does NCR stand for?? Wouldn't answer me, unless I confirmed my first and last name. After I didn't confirm, he also hung up the phone after screaming at me that "WHEN I WAS READY TO CONFIRM MY INFORMATION< THEN I COULD CALL BACK. Contacting my husband to disclose my information on a voicemail is a violation of the Fair Credit reporting act. and if ****** or whoever the other gentleman was would have let me speak, they would have heard me say that I no longer wanted to receive this harassing, threat filled phone calls and voicemails, I needed all communication about this alleged debt, sent to my address that they have on file ASAP, to which they have not done. So, until then, STOP CALLING ME AND MY FAMILY!!

      I was called by a company named Ncr llc. with the phone number for NCH stating that I owe $686+ from Zoca loans. They originally called my number plus 2 of my family members numbers who werent even put down for a way to contact me and when I requested for a certified letter be sent they bounce me from one person to another

      **************** does have an account in our office with Zoca Loans.  It appears that on Friday 2/2/24 we set up a payment arrangement per **************** to take care of the balance on 2/8/24.  On Monday 2/5/24 a payment agreement was emailed to ******************** gmail account. The payment agreement for 2/8/24 was declined and we have been trying to reach him about the amount due. Today we received an email from **************** through our website requesting something to be sent by email to him with his account number on it.  A validation of debt will be emailed to the gmail account we have on file.

      I recieved harassing calls from *************. The representative I spoke to three times. He states I owe money to snap financial. I paid off the amount that was borrowed and I owe them NOTHING. The rude mean and very impatient representative. Was loud, talking over me, yelling in the phone, which caused me to have to try to speak OVER him! I told them the first time they called to send me proof of what they were claiming I owed to my PO Box address. I have yet to receive anything. This same representative has now called my job, asking personal questions about me and my employment. When that information was brought to me by my coworker, I immediately got on the phone and he REFUSED to answer any questions about why he was calling my job. He said his name was ***! I asked him why was he calling my employment asking personal questions about me to my coworker. He said... "WHO IS THIS? IS THIS THE SAME PERSON I WAS JUST TALKING TOO"? I said "NO! This is the person you're asking questions about". He become very quiet. I Said "what is it that you need? and why are you calling my place of employment"? He said "Nevermind! I'll just call back later"! I said to him, "No! you can ask me whatever you need to ask! You can talk to me personally"! He immediately hung up the phone. I called back from my personal phone and *** answered. I said to him. "There is no reason for you to call my job to ask personal questions about me and my employment!" He started yelling and talking over me. I told him "at this point ***, what he was doing was harassment and I will be filing a complaint against him and his company". He lied saying that "he hasn't spoken with and that this was his first time talking to me". I said "that's a lie! I just spoke to you last week ***! I remember your name!" I said "I asked you to send me some information stating your complaint and to send it to my PO Box" He read off an old address of mine to which I told him "that was no longer my address". And He hung up!

      This was filed against the wrong company.  My company is National Check Resolution, Inc. and not *************.  I searched my database for an account with the information that was provided and found no account.  This complaint needs to be closed out under my company and filed against the correct company.

      I received a call from *** stating that I owed a debt. I recognized the merchant for which *** is attempting to collect so I set up an automatic monthly payment arrangement and requested to receive email confirmation or physical letter but never received anything. The first month was drafted from my account but nothing else after that. I attempted to call the number I was provided when I set up the payment arrangement but am not able to get hold of anyone.

      ************ does have an account in our office and as of today 3 payments have been processed.  On 5/15/23 a form was sent to **************** gmail account by a service called Wondershare.  That email might have went to her spam/junk folder.  We will email the document to her gmail directly from our email today.  I have attached a copy of the letter that was emailed on 5/15/23.  She may call our main office number with any questions or concerns at ************.

      So i got a threatening Text from ***.The first person i spoke too did not sound safe so i called back.Spoke with *****,who was very very uncouth.So i verified my name and DOB and lied,claiming that i committed fraud with a check,then closed the account in *******,**.He kept talking over him,knowing no fraud was committed.I told him that was a crime.I insisted if that's what he's claiming happened nor at least the lies both *****,his company and SNAP finance told,then I will see have to go to court on them because you are framing me up for lies.He claimed i owed the company over $1,000 but he also contradicted himself by earlier saying it was a fraudulent activity for $297.So he said i refused to pay and he will go ahead and charge me with legal proceedings.I called more than 7 times later and he kept hanging up.His errand boy,another employee finally answered the phone and claim i was harassing them.I let him know i needed to advise them on a request.

      ****************** has an account in my office for Snap Finance.  The unpaid balance $1,097.74 and her last payment to Snap Finance was on 6/16/2022 for $290.  ****************** did speak to two different collectors in my office.  We did explain the situation to ****************** and she stated that she would like to go to court with Snap Finance about her unpaid balance.  We told her we would mark her account as a refusal to resolve.  ****************** did continue to call the office but was not interested in resolving the account with **.  ****************** will have no further contact from my office due to her stating does not want to discuss this matter with our office.

      I was called by a ******************* left a message on my cell phone threating lawsuit. What I am upset about is he also called and left a message my boyfriends cell as well with more personal information than was left on my message. Which is illegal.
