    I cancelled my membership at the front desk in Late October 2023 due to relocation. I believe the membership agreement actually discusses relocation. Back to the point. I cancelled my membership in October 2023 at the front desk because the employee of OneLife offered to do it for me. I have been billed every month since. According to OneLife I have to cancel via email? Why did the employee offer to help? This is an employee error but I continued to be billed for a service I do not use and was told it was cancelled as of late October 2023. Onelife should honor their employee error.
