I hired Home Renovations, LLC to complete plumbing and framing work for a large renovation project. Although the framing was completed successfully, all of the plumbing has major issues: leaking pipes, flooding drains, spewing faucets, a sump pump that does not function, a tankless water heater that was installed correctly, and a sewer line that is not sloped correctly. These have caused extensive water and mold damage in addition to multiple inspection failures. The company has continued to send the same subcontracted plumber, despite my requests for a new one, as he has been caught lying numerous times and provides substandard work.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand your frustration and want to clarify that our team did everything we were contracted to do and passed all necessary inspections. We did experience delays due to incorrect materials on site, but we worked diligently with the client to resolve the issues.

Regarding the issue with the sump pump, we want to inform you that sump pump systems are not designed to handle heavy usage and should not be flushed with tissues, baby wipes, or plastics. Unfortunately, our team found that the pump was clogged with these items during our recent visit. However, we were happy to perform a complimentary clean out free of charge to resolve the issue.

At the end of the day, we take pride in our work and strive to provide the highest quality service possible. We want our clients to be satisfied with our work, and we are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.

The home has NOT yet passed inspections. The company has since contacted me, sent a new plumber, and is supposed to be re-ordering supplies, and re-doing some of the work. I do not want my complaint closed until we formally pass inspections.
