Purchased the vehicle on 04/03/2024 a Tesla Model 3, everything was generally good with the salesmen I had worked with apart from him requesting me falsify my income to obtain an approval on the credit application (since the bank wasn't requesting a pay stub for my credit score range.) I was uncomfortably pushed to write a number roughly x3 my verifiable income to get an approval through a lender unknown to me at the time.ended up dealing with a specific finance manager who had me sign a number of papers, telling me I was financing a number I was comfortable with $22,754 the price of the vehicle in question including the $4,000 rebate from the **** At the time I didn't really know anything was going on out of the ordinary, I was excited to have a new vehicle.The next day 04/04/2024 I'd went to work, still had the finance paperworks I'd had in my car and since I work in sales at a dealership myself I thought I'd have people who have been around longer in the business review my paperwork, before finding out I'd been charged exactly $4,250 in a third party service contract with ALLY APP. I was not aware of purchasing this AT ALL, as I was shown the number PRIOR with this service contract being deceptively slipped into my sales paperwork. I decided to drive to the dealership on a work day to have the issue resolved and was informed that the deal hadn't hit the bank yet and that the finance manager I'd worked with was not in so they were unable to redo my paperwork at the time. I had left the dealership empty handed so I'd decided to give a call back and receive confirmation that if I'd returned tomorrow to see the finance manager I'd worked with I'd be able to remove the $4,250 contract from ALLY and the manager had informed me the deal had 'already funded' and he was unable to cancel it at all, receiving two conflicting stories from the managers and finance. This business is VERY deceptive and will use your loan to PACK additional fees/charges.
