You do not want to work here they have employees that drink alcohol on the job and in customers vehicles and then go and drive them on the rd. If I can give no stars is I would and I am as employee here so I am speaking form experience and all the other bad reviews on here is the truth and the bad reviews online is the truth. The manager ********* ******* is a terrible manager he does not want to do his job he has his employees act like managers to deal with customers who have complaints. The two employees who drink alcohol on the job and in customers cars is ***** and jaruis.

The mgr said the *** did perfect in answering my questions!!!??? He was sitting next to the guy on the desk!! Probably not the mgr!!!I will never go back to purchase or service a car there and will let all I know what happened!!The sad part for them is that today I was going back to sign a deal for a 2024 new ********. Very poor service. They supposed to replace struts on my 2021 Kona under warranty. They said when parts arrive in 3 to 6 days, they will let me know. It has been 3 weeks and no one give me a proper answer.Horrible customer service.

DO NOT buy or service a Hyundai or ******* from this dealer! On August 23, 2023 I had 930.. appt made for warranty work for a fuel system repair on my 2019 ******* *** this dealer had serviced it since new and I got to know many of the sales and service staff well over time to include the Gen ********** partner ***********************. I purchased a brand ..new 2021 Hyundai Palisade from them also. Subsequently, both cars suffered service blunders. On the *******, a shroud covering the oil pan was not secured causing it to drop down scraping the ground on a busy interstate at 75mph making a horrible noise causing me to be on a dangerous shoulder to ck it the day before I was to take a ***** mi trip with it. While making the appt for warranty work, I indicated to ********* I did not want anyone stupid or lazy to work on it. She objected to my use of words, but I saw saw it as a stupid or lazy incident which greatly inconvenienced me. So, I arrive there on the 23rd to be a met at the counter by **** who I do not know who presents with a bouncer's threatening body language asking "are you the guy that called all of us stupid and lazy?" As noted earlier, that was clearly explained. I told him what happened and then asked "can I trust you to work on my car?" Silence. Asked him again and he says"can you?" I ask again and he says "maybe." Apparently, all of them got together to set my wife and I up to sandbag and ambush us as everyone I knew there was conveniently missing including the "Gen *** owner partner *******. Wandering out to the sales area I encountered a new sales *** I did not know who knew me though and asked if "I was the guy that called everybody at the dealer stupid." These evil people got together in a meeting to plan this against us.. who treated them very well and sent them business and were understanding when the Palisade was trouble and the car was damaged by them. Obviously, no service done, and, we in our late seventies drove 44mi for abuse.

My sister purchased a car on10/7/2023. It was a USED 2023 Hyundai Elantra with 8.5k miles on it.They had$6k on add ons. They took at $20k car and made it 30k.This is absolutely ridiculous and insane. They took advantage of a ****************************************************** their schedules that couldnt be there while she did this.I had her email them after I looked over everything and we got about $4k off. But still the finance manager ***** was rude and condescending when speaking to my sister and myself when we went to go back to Cumming to get these plans off. There were two lines they couldnt take off accessories and other fees. When I asked ***** if she had asked prior to signing the paperwork could she at least get the ******* accessory fee off. He stated no. You know whats crazy though my parents and I had recently bought a car from ******** and the ******************* Hyundais location in ************ and ******** and the were able to take that bundle or ****** Cares and ******************* Advantage Bundle. right off. They didnt hesitate or anything. But when ***** say it comes on every vehicle and can never be removed is a lie. And then when I proceeded to ask about an itemized list of what this even is as he had not even said it was the ****** Cares he stated he has only been there 5 days. This is unacceptable if I or anyone am paying 20k for a car plus another 2k accessory fee and you dont know what comes with it? You tell me to look behind me at the signs shouldnt you know what comes with it if you work there?Or should you just be a finance manager in training until you know the company. There was one other sketchy fee at $199.00 which he stated was a state fee or State tax but if thats the case it shouldve already been included in the ***** I promise you this they would not let their spouse or child get basically upside down on a car so why let other people? Why take advantage all for a dollar? Also the car was supposed to be detailed and it was not.

When visited the dealership at Hyundai of Cumming, they appeared to be nice and friendly. I believed that they want to have my business and build good customer relationship. I purchased a brand new 2023 Hyundai *************** Hybrid on 01/31/2023. When I purchased the vehicle, one of the tires (driver side back tire) are already damaged (with a medium size balloon bump) which I noticed after coming home. I have informed about my observation during my next visit to the dealership to put some pressure in the tires. The dealership told me that they don't believe that and put me fault on my side saying that I have run over a curb. But I shoed them that the tire looks clean and undamaged elsewhere (still retaining the rubber pins hanging out of the entire tire). Secondly, one of the other tire was flat and took the car again to the dealership. They said it is unrepairable and a new tire. The warranty does not cover the damage. After a long discussion, I have paid around 240 dollars to replace the tire (Hankook Kinergy GT 225/45R17). The dealership replaced the tire and kept the damaged tire with them in Jul 4th week. Now they said the tire is covered under manufactured warranty even fi it undergoes roadside hazard damage. Now again, the same newly fixed tire blown in the middle of the road when my wife is taking the car to school. When contacted the dealership nearly (Potamkin Hyundai Stone Mountain), they said the damage is not covered by the warranty and I need to go to the same dealership to talk to them about the damage and coverage. They asked me pay again for the cost of the tire (about 200 dollars) and related mounting expenses for the same kind of tire on 9/5/2023.It is extremely frustrating to experience this on a brand new car (with less than 5k miles) within the span of five weeks. I am completely disappointed with the quality of the tires and also the manufacturers warranty on new tires. I want both dealership and tire company to reimburse my expenses.

They don't even deserve a 1-star as the whole finance team is incompetent including there Finance Manager. He lied to me on my face about a plan cancellation fee. When I spoke to the Hyundai ************************ they said that there is no cancellation fee if it is done within 30 days of the purchase. The Hyundai of Cumming said that we will not refund the $75 fee whether you cancel the plan the very next day or after 29 days.I believe that this dealership is a ripoff.Try to go to a different Hyundai dealership if you are looking to make a purchase.

2016 Hyundai Accent - my lights on my dash would sometimes have a seizure all my lights would be on or flashing on and off - I would be driving my car going 0 miles an hour when this would happen. No one could find problem when it was still under warranty but they stated that this car does that. But one day my steering wheel froze- car was only 5 years old- hyundai said I needed a new steering wheel column - paid just under ****. Months later same issues. Took it back to hyundai - no resolution- continued- had it checked while it was having a seizure but now they are saying I need a part twice that amount. It took me 2 months to get someone to call me back about a part that I replaced that apparently wasnt needed. Their response- sorry, we cant do anything about that.

I purchased a used SanteFe back in March with less than 100K miles on it. The following week the check engine light came on, passenger seat got stuck in down position and brake lights stopped working. We took it back and they fixed the problems (after I fussed about it). A month later all three issues reappeared. I brought it back in and they quoted me $175 to run the check engine light test and then $5,000+ for repairs. I also fussed about this. They have now had my car for 5 weeks and there is no end in sight. They also dont have any loaner cars available. Im not sure what to do.
