      I was an employee at IBA and figured out as well as found out a lot of scamming going on in the business. The owner likes to persuade people to spend money on fake paystubs, people pay up to $2500 to get a house, car or credit fixed yet receive CPN numbers or no resolution to their issue. The owner is very passive aggressive, rude and has even cussed at me. I voluntarily left my position in the business and never received my last paycheck in full. I signed a contract and she doesnt want to pay me the remaining money she owes me.

      I worked in HR and completed this employee onboarding . To say the least this is a disgruntled employee . Not sure why she has to make false complaints when she conveyed abs wasnt happy because she wanted extra help in her ***** please find attached her resignation letter (NO MENTION OF A SCAM). Shes a liar and very upset with the company for what Im clueless . Move on . She did the initial intake the entire time she worked there . Dont understand,  if she felt she was working in a company with scams why she stayed as long as she did . Our camera surveillance has all of her work activities and all her allegations can be proven false . So she need to try another method to voice her hostility.

      ** 4/10/24 I purchased a basic profile for $500. They state there is a 7-14 day process time. **ce paid, I was first contacted on 4/16, to move forward with my file. I provided all information to my rep assigned by 4/18 for her to apply for a residence. ** 4/19, I was told they were denied. In which I wasnt charged no application fee nor did I provide any paystubs for them to complete an application for me. (First lie from IBA). I move forwarded and provided another residence same day. I received a response on 4/22 that they will apply there. *** I was asked for me to provide paystubs so they can apply for the new apartment I selected. In which I purchased for $100, I was told it would take 2 days and they would get back to me on 4/26. I ***** get a response until 4/29. The unit I wanted was no longer available so I needed to now provide another residence. They applied for a property on 5/1. Then my file was transferred to another rep. *** I was told the property denied me due to credit. Even after I contacted the property and was told differently. So now I had to provide another place for them to apply which was on 5/3. The rep ***** apply until 5/6. I received call stating what the property was asking for. I advised since I got a call after 5pm on 5/7. I would call back 5/8 to tell if I was moving forward. I called back and emailed the rep assigned all day on 5/8 and ***** get any response. ** 5/9 the rep responded and stated they were not in office due to an emergency. ** 5/10 I reached out again and ***** receive any response until I had to call the main number. I reached out by email asking for a refund as now this process has taken 30 days and still havent secured a place to stay. I was told no refunds and they reassigned me to another rep. ** 5/11 the new rep reached out and said that the last rep said I ***** respond so I couldnt move forward with the apartment. I paid $518 to apply for that apartment. As of 5/22 they havent helped & I want a refund

      *** used them years ago but I should have never came back because when I used them years ago they still messed up and I had to do it all myself. They are scammers. Dont pay for none of their services. ************* give me assurance at all then I got ******. She seemed as if things would get handled. No! Im trying to understand how can you do paystubs but cant do bank statements for approval but yet have you pay for the bank statements and snappt service for them to not be able to get pass snappt! They try to talk you into buying the 850 profile but its pointless because if you cant get me what I need with the basic how in the heck are you going to with the other one?? DO NOT USE THEM I PROMISE YOU WILL GET THE RUN AROUND AND OUT OF MORE THAN $1000 to have nothing to show for it. I paid for the social that youre suppose to get overnightyea its week 3 and still no hard copy. Why are we paying yall to do the service but give us bs excuses as to another department is handling everything like wtf???? I do not recommend them at all!! Dont waste your time and most importantly your money

      This clien tname is ********************** and she hace used ** in 2021 and she came back becuase we assisted her. *************** hired ** due to her prior evictions and rental record. We are in the process of helping her but she hired the service and she was expained of the time frame. she has had reps communicating with her and updating her. We will not extend a refund . We have a paper trail of the work that was done on her behalf. Our office will reach out to the client .

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** knew they did not assist me, I paid for the service that I had to do on my own. gave them another chance and still nothing, they take your money and comes up with numerous of lies as to why the haven't received what you paid for. Ask them why they don't provide their physical address is because they know people will come up there demanding their money back because they are beyond fraudulent.

      Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with this company. I applied over a month ago after receiving a promotion in my email. I texted the number in the email I was told I had to pay upfront, cash app. Then I was sent an intake form, every week they have said the same thing someone will call or you will have your terms by Friday. I guess I was scammed out of $400 going against my better judgment. I literally was stupid enough to send my id, ss#, my login information. This is so upsetting and hurtful. Why would I send money before even receiving the intake form, why do you have to pay upfront for a service like this. How is this possible to take peoples money and that is it.

      IBA solutions in Gwinnett county, **. scammed me out of $600. I paid $600 for services that they did not provide, I was asked to pay by *****. They pretended to assign me a rep name ******. After weeks of trying to move forward with the service, ****** kept coming up with different excuses of why we couldnt move forward and just when I thought everything was ok, all of sudden ****** stop responding. I now know, they were buying time so I wouldnt know I was being scammed right off. They then tried to up sell me on another service and I declined. I received an email after not hearing from anyone for a week that stated ****** was no longer there and that ********* would take over, this was all just buying time. After they pretended that ********* was taking over, she sent one email and stop responding. I tried calling the office several times, they stop answering the phone. They took $600 and never intended on providing the service, they are professional scammers. The business, you tube commercials, social media all looked like a legit business to repair credit but it is not!!! I will also file a complaint with Gwinnett county and the ****************. I will also make people aware on social media and 11 alive, WSB-TV and ******** because according to their reviews, they have been taking peoples money for years now and they are comfortable doing so, families out here needing help, they are taking advantage of.

      On March 21, 2023 I was introduced to this program as a guaranteed approval apartment program I paid the initial $500 fee to get into the program. Then I was told I needed to pay an additional $100 for expenses. Then after paying that I was told I needed to pay an additional $100. I did not pay that and tried to get my money back and all of the email addresses were marked as undeliverable.

      The service I applied for was misleading and false. The time frame I was given for services has exceeded by 4 additional months. Services brought have yet to be provided with little to any information given as to why. The company has caused my family and I great suffering by misleading us with false advertising. Due to the misleading information my family and I have now had to spend more money to try to just fiqure out a solution. This has literally put my life at jeopardy. I would never wish this heartache, struggle, and confusion to anyone. I am homeless now because I decided to do business with this company. I want to warn others of the scam before their life is ruined.

      I payed 650$ to the owner ******* ! To help me get a house she told me 4 weeks its now 3half months am still no house ! I found my own home with no help her this company! I called n called to speak with her the owner! To let her kno can she issue a refund! Her and her employees have been hanging the phone up on me not answering my Tex ! Very rude am now shes saying she gave my money to a venom I told her I didnt give my money to a vendor I gave it to u! She saying she cant give me my money back I had to Tex from an Tex app number because they screen calls so they will not answer ! Then if I do get Somone they hang up after u say who it is .

      August 2022 I paid IBA Solutions seven hundred and fifty five dollars for a service that they never rendered. I spoke with the owner ***************************** in regards to this matter. ****************** told me, she would refund my money in February 2023. ****************** proceeded to say, I didnt pay for the credit builder service. I provided emails and receipts of all the services I paid for. I stated to ******************, I feel as though I am being scammed, its late October 2022 youre telling me you cant refund my money until February 2023. ****************** stopped answering my calls, responding to my emails and when I tried to have her served by the police department; they were told she didnt work there. It was nothing they could do. Please help me with this situation. I really need my money. I have all my receipts and emails to verify I paid seven hundred and fifty five dollars to IBA Solutions.
