      August 2022 I paid IBA Solutions seven hundred and fifty five dollars for a service that they never rendered. I spoke with the owner ***************************** in regards to this matter. ****************** told me, she would refund my money in February 2023. ****************** proceeded to say, I didnt pay for the credit builder service. I provided emails and receipts of all the services I paid for. I stated to ******************, I feel as though I am being scammed, its late October 2022 youre telling me you cant refund my money until February 2023. ****************** stopped answering my calls, responding to my emails and when I tried to have her served by the police department; they were told she didnt work there. It was nothing they could do. Please help me with this situation. I really need my money. I have all my receipts and emails to verify I paid seven hundred and fifty five dollars to IBA Solutions.       This company charged me 425$ for assistance , after paying their fee and submitting all my information, they tried to charge me 850 instead after paying. After I advised them they cannot charge me one thing, have me pay for services to receive, but then go up on the service and demand me to pay an additional 425$ Or they cannot provide service or refund me as I requested. This company assists you with moving. They have not provided and services to me and will not give me a refund. Please assist me as theyre plan on keeping my money after not providing assistance

      I am responding to the client's refund. She used our services in 2020 and returned asking for addl services. The client is upset because she wanted to have the same rate she paid to use our services 2 years ago. She signed a disclosure with the no refund policy. Since her allegations we offered her a partial refund and she declined and stated she would do everything in her power to bring the business down. We tried multiple avenues to satisfy her.

      Hello , so when I contacted them on 5/11/22 and I spoke with someone and advised them of the services I needed , theyre response was they have a special going on for 425$ and nothing about no extra fees theyre charging. I submitted payment on 5/11/22 paying the amount I was told. I sent payment via Apple Pay and also sent a confirmation of my payment via text as requested as a screenshot. This company confirmed payment was received. After I made payment they then sent a rental form and a disclosure for me to sign on 5/12 after making a payment which I filled out and returned on 5/13/22 which I also included a sceeenshot. On 5/16/22 after following up with them to discuss my rental intake form they then told me the fee was an additional 425$ Totaling 850$ after I signed a consent. I advised them that I was told an amount of $425 and was not told about any extra fees before paying. ***************** which is the owner than responded and said when I received the intake form I was supposed to received another attachment with all fees. I confirmed to her that I never received it and only received one attachment. She then told me I would need to prove it which I did. I also included the screenshots. And because I cant and will not pay them no additional feel I asked for a refund due to they were not upfront with the total amount and that I cannot afford to give them anything else and the service will not work for me that theyre trying to provide. If they would have told me this upfront I wouldnt have never paid them. But because they did not do their due diligence theyre unwilling to give me a full refund only a partial after not providing any service to me. All screenshots are included

      My husband paid for a trade line through this company. IBA solutions was not able to produce services. After months of calling, me and my husband was informed via phone and email we would receive a refund due to services not being provided. However we have yet to receive our refund. Also this company is very unprofessional.

      I was contacted by IBA Solution LLC stating they could help me purchase a home and a new vehicle in 2018 by repairing my wife and my credit and adding trades to my credit to boost my score all within a year but every year they would continue to request and receive funds from our **** of America account totaling over ***** dollars and we continued to receive false reports of items being deleted but the same items would return every 2 weeks and I paid extra funds for so call trades to be added to my credit and no such thing was ever added but funds again requested and received from our **** of America account. I wrote and called numerous times speaking with three different agents including someone from the so call ************************ ***************************** and IBA Solution continued to prolong the matter without producing any such promises.

      I paid this company for their fast track credit and car buying program over a year and a half ago and their care credit program. I paid **** for the credit and luxury car service and **** for the care credit for my surgery that was supposedto take place August 23rd of 2021. Carlina told me the process both take a 30 to 60 days, well its been well over a year for the car and coming up to a year for the care credit since I've paid. I've been out of a car for over a year and I missed my surgery date of last year August because they didn't come through with any of my services I paid for. I've been calling nearly every month for ******** to keep telling me the same thing which is nothing at all. She barely knew what she was talking about or what was going on. She barely ever even updated me on my file unless I asked. My score kept going up and down mostly down and I started at like a 530 credit score. Once I missed my surgery date because they didn't come through with my care credit after 4 months for a one month process that they told me, so I called and asked for a refund for both of my services, car and care credit. Ive been out of a car for well over a year waiting on them. My credit never went up the 150 to 200 points (as what I paid **** for) and I never got my care credit. Since then I've been blocked from calling and never heard anything else about a refund or anything. I want my **** back for both services I paid Carlina for.

      I requested rental service and paid $500.00 to the company on 8/6/21. On 8/9/21 in the morning I asked for a refund. I was told they can do refunds but I have to wait 30-45 days. I was told this by the person who requested the payment. Mrs.Carlita on 8/11/21. On 9/7/21 I texted for an update on my refund and was told through text that I needed to wait 30-45 days. So I patiently waited and when the 45 day wait period was finished I texted her and asked about the refund. I never received a response back. I texted on 9/27/21 to see about my refund and I didn't get a text back. I texted again on 9/29/21 and still didn't get a response. I called on 10/5/21 about my refund and the associate said Mrs. Carlita the office manager would call me back whenever she got around to it. I waited and did what I was instructed to do and now I would like my money back.
