My transmission was rebuilt in September of 2022 when I brought my vehicle in I knew the transmission was failing I opted for a rebuild I was told it would be completely taken apart all damaged parts would be replaced and a full meticulous inspection would be done. 3 weeks after driving my vehicle after the repair I brought my vehicle back because I felt there was still issues I was told because they could not mimic what I was feeling in my transmission nothing could be done. Fast forward 7 months later my transmission will not sift into the Last gear at higher speeds I brought my vehicle back and I was told I was outside my warranty. The offered to look at the vehicle they found metal shaving but they said they still couldn't mimic my concerns and told me they would charge later and that the completely took my transmission apart and only found the torque converter had fell and no other issues were present. When I contacted cooperat I was basically rushed off the phone and told because they couldn't mimic my concerns nothing could be done . I am a small business owner and I am always fully transparent with my customers and if a customer complaints within my initial warranty I am sensitive to their concerns and I go out of my way to ensure customer satisfaction I have had my two certified general mechanics and another transmission mechanic ride with me to show them what I'm referring to and all three have immediately recognized the malfunction in my transmission and stated there's clearly an issue and the transmission need to be taken back apart or replaced to rectify the issue I'm am extremely displeased. I did not question the cost of the rebuild and I paid for this rebuild promptly with out hesitation because I felt this was a company that had a fairly good reputation I do not approve at all and these are horrible business practices
