              I visited ******* ***** Chevrolet Service center to perform a factory recall repair on my 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche for an airbag. The recall repair was completed but when I picked my vehicle up, the technician(s) who repaired my vehicle damaged my dash with whatever tools they used to remove the piece on the dash to replace the airbag. There are multiple areas around that section where the finish is now damaged/chipped. I addressed this immediately with the service advisor (Thomas) before I even left the parking lot. He brought it to the service manager's attention who came out, witnessed the damage, and said he'd like to "try to fix" it but didn't want to make it worse. He wanted to play around with some dashes they had, and said he'd have Thomas reach back out to me. I have tried calling to no avail. The chips have worsened since then, as I feared and expressed to them at the time.
