    I order from this dominos frequently maybe 2-3 times a month.Theyre running a promotion for emergency pizza once youve ordered so many and earned so many points.Im reverting the emails once emergency pizza is earned but when attempt to order online its giving error messages and not allowing me to order. I have 2 that I havent been able to use.Upon going in to pick up another pizza I ordered I explained it to one of their workers and showed her the email, she stated yes maam there was a glitch in system and someone stole the coffee and we came in to a huge order of 28 pizzas and the codes were canceled and she gave me a number to call and explain and theyd give me different coupons or put the free pizzas in the system.The number given was incorrect. I called in to speak with managed abs explain and was placed on a long hold. I called back and spoke with manager. He could clearly see all of my orders and that they were ALL paid for and emergency coupons for free pizzas had not been used. Here also said he doesnt know what glitch the young lady was talking about but again CLEARLY saw that I ordered frequently and pay and I also qualified for the pizzas yet he said there is nothing he can do. He placed me on hold stating he will give me dominos number to call customer service which I told him I called before calling into the store and there was a long hold.If you can clearly see someones order, AND that they are there regularly, AND has paid for all pizzas and the emergency coupons werent used, as a manager more should be done than placing someone on hold and never coming back to the phone.Myself and my family order from this dominos a lot so this should have definitely been handled differently of the truth is right in front of you.
