    Heath Flooring was contracted by my builder to Instal Flooring into my new home, home was purchased November 2018. In late 2020, Heath Flooring was contacted about an is*** with my Flooring. The flooring was ultimately replaced and deemed installation is***, May 2021. 2 1/2 years later in September 2023 I noticed another is*** with my Flooring. Heath Flooring was contacted again, at which a picture of the Flooring was requested. Upon receipt of the picture, Heath Flooring deemed surface damage due to home owner. The Flooring area in question, doesn't get a great deal of contact, as a dog bed sits over it. When asked to speak to someone about this decision, I was then advised it was due to me leaving too much water on the floor or my allowing my dogs to urinate on the area and not cleaning it up quickly. I contacted the Manufactor and was advised that they could not send out an inspector, but gave a website , sp that one could be obtained at expense. The inspector came out and confirmed floor isaue ia *** to poor Installation. Heath Flooring was advise and then advised myself that the Inspector get paid by the manufactor to state Installation is***. The manufacturer was contacted again and a copy of my recent inspection was sent. I was advised same Is***, exactly. The is*** was never corrected from the initial install I am asking for the floor to be install per the manufactor specs.
