  ***** (owner) stands by his work, cares tremendously for his customers, and his highly ethical. He goes above and beyond whenever and wherever possible. He has broad knowledge and skills that go beyond remediation and explains issues thoroughly to his customers. ***** also communicates effectively and answers calls promptly. Highly recommend!

  Pro Home Solutions is the highest quality contractor I have ever worked with. ***** is an amazing communicator and problem solver. They performed mold remediation in my basement and the work was great. Highly recommend them

  ***** has been taking care of various home repairs/maintenance for about 19 years now. From roofing and gutters, to pressure washing, landscaping, and flooring, he has always taken care of me. I never have to worry about being price gauged and I know that he cares very deeply about the job he does for each person. If it isn't in his wheelhouse, he has no problem saying so, and refers me to someone he trusts if he knows someone in that space.

  As I was getting ready to sell my house I had a lot of repair work that had to be done due to poor construction left unaddressed by the previous home owner. My home was 2 stories with a barn and well house with old wood like siding. None of the buildings had appropriate flashing, which caused water to get in-between the siding and the inner wall causing mold damage. The wall on the back of the house had a lot of rot due to the water damage that had created a huge crack down the side.***** was extra accomodating in my situation as I lived far out in the countryside in AL and he drove each day in the winter time to get the job done. He was well organized, assessing all the tasks that we needed to do and he ensured he had my input every step of the way. He was able to find similar siding from a local home repair store and arranged all of the logistics for transportation and delivery. I also went through several paint samples while trying to decide the colors to paint the exterior. He was extremely patient while working at my home as I lived out of state which made communication critical. We had lots of phone calls, texts, pictures and video sharing to make sure everyone was on the same page. As we got into the work, there were a few surprises, but he always came to me to let me know what he found and the concerns he had. He suggested different levels of repairs and let me choose how in depth I wanted to go. He never asked me to pay for the entire job upfront, and only asked to be paid as he got the work done and/or needed materials to complete it. His positive and fun attitude was something I looked forward to when he would reach out each day to provide me with status updates.He showed up every day on time, even early at times, and worked hard throughout the day, sometimes even staying a little later than anticipated to get the job done. He had several challenges between the wet weather, the cold, and things not wanting to dry fast, however, he overcame them all and made it look easy. Not only did he replace siding and add proper flashing in multiple locations on the property, he had to extensively prep my balcony which had peeling paint everywhere. He painted all the exteriors perfectly and helped me to do general construction repairs on my wooden fencing, horse arena, detached my exterior lighting fixtures so I could repaint them, and helped fix the loose railing at the top of my barn stairs. Going above and beyond, he helped me move an extremely heavy 2 part china hutch, move critical items from my home and barn to my storage facility back in GA, and helped me to get rid of items that needed to be trashed.He used great quality materials and helped me to try and seal off the house from water leaking in anymore. I felt that he treated my home the way he would want his to be done - professionally and with high quality. I cannot say enough good things about the level of confidence, courtesy, trust, and professionalism that I received by hiring Pro Home Solutions, LLC to do a very complex job.The job was done in an a very timely manner which allowed me to sell the home shortly after it was put on the market.After such a great experience, we hired Pro Home Solutions, LLC to come and build a wheelchair ramp at my mother's home. It is extremely sturdy and definitely built to last. This gave my mom her life back as she could now get outside on her own without help and was able to take local transport to appointments.I highly recommend Pro Home Solutions, LLC because you truly get what you pay for and more and they are safe to recommend to your friends and family. You have reliability, extensive experience, and a mature company owner who will make sure that the job gets done right the first time.   This room went from kind of a mess with an unnecessary closet, to a super cute nursery ready for me to decorate. So great! Plus he didn't stop working for like, one second; while stuff was drying, he installed a new toilet, fixed our tub grout, got our blocked sink to drain, repaired a disintegrating floor vent, caulked nail holes, fixed my bathroom floor, painted a ceiling, and smoothed out places my old plaster was weird. He was prompt, friendly, very communicative, and competitively priced. I will DEFINITELY be hiring him again
