      I was asked by a NGEMC worker if NGEMC could put a pole on my property in exchange for the old pole. The workers broke my service pole putting up an outside light and left my ground and neutral wire completely off. Now my bank draft for automatic payments have been cancelled. Please help.

      Member advised us that he was having a problem with  his bank so he wanted us to remove him from bank draft on 6/15/2022. We deleted the bank draft and explained that if he  wanted to set back up on bank draft that we would need his routing number and account number. He got upset and told our representative to just forget it as he would just come in and pay. He hung up on our representative and has not called back in to get his account set back up on bank draft.

      We installed an LED1 on 6/23/20, not aware of any issue.
