    May 17-19 2024 I stayed at Days Inn in Dalton GA. The experience was miserable the motel was roach and drug infested. The rooms were disgusting and the images I have will reflect that. I have reached out to the original booking entity with no help so I’m hoping BBB will be able to help considering Days Inn is what is on my bank statement. I paid around $233 and some change for the 2 days. I would like to get a full refund as they falsely advertised their property on their website and through the booking entity. Thus making the property seem safe and well maintained when that was far from the truth. I also have videos of none of the lamps working but they claim to be an eco hotel and where the shower curtain rod was falling and wouldn’t even sit up enough to keep the water from leaving the tub when showering. The dismay of this hotel is overwhelming and they need to be shut down in my opinion.
