    We made reservations for a season site in July 2023 and promptly sent our deposit. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation. The emails sent indicate you may cancel your reservation for no charge, and to let them know you will not be coming. We did this on August 31, 2023, by phone call and email, further was told that refund check would be mailed promptly. We called on September 28th and was told by Mgr that check would be mailed the next morning. No check received. We then called again on October 10th and was told it was mailed on October 2nd. Email sent on October 10th with no reply. We have called yet again today to be told the check was mailed last Thursday October 12th. Still no check. We cannot express how deeply disappointed we are with the resident Mangement of this campground. Our next step is to warn potential travelers of this issue via reviews, Better Business Bureau and most likely filing a small Claim against the campground. We hope these comments will prompt an actual refund.

    I have refunded everything except the $30.00 tax charge. It did take longer than usual and I explained i was at the hospital all week with my sister who is now living with me due to her medical conditions. I have appoligized several time for the delay.
