    There is three different charges to the above place I never received. One is from 7/28/23 for $170 another is from 7/21/23 for $62.50, and the last one is 6/1/23 for $68.50. The reason I had not contacted earlier than a year is because all of them were preorders for book boxes and werent even expected to ship for several months and when the time came she had kept saying there is delays and so it will be longer. Since it has been over 60 days since I bought it, my bank wont help me get my money back. I have tried to contact them several times but have gotten no reply and there email and website are now gone.

    I order 2 special boxes from Obsidian Moon Crate over a year ago and starting this year I have not recovered any information about those boxes. The total of the boxes together was $150. I have tried reaching out to the store to get any updates and information but this has not been successful. As I would love to get the merchandise at this point I want the refund more. If any information could be provided or a refund could help be obtained that would be amazing.

    August 2023, September 2023, November 2023: and December 2023 I placed orders with this company. The total for all transactions came out to $366.50. Three regular book boxes that total: $65.50 each and then a special edition box that was $170.00. I was thankfully able to receive a ****** refund for one box since it was within the refund timeframe. Sadly, the others were not. I have not received any of my orders and the owner has ceased communication with their consumers. The last word we received was in April that stated we would still get our boxes. Have not heard from them since. Just checked their social media page today (9/11/2024) and they have turned off their comment section. This shows that the owner sees our messages asking for updates and is blatantly ignoring us. Their website has been deactivated as well as their email account. The owner has taken peoples hard earned money and refuses to refund or send the items that we all paid for. The lack of communication is the most upsetting part especially after they claimed to never ghost us back in April and ended up doing exactly that. Todays deactivation of the comment section on their Instagram page shows that they are well aware of what they are doing and is choosing to ignore their customers and do not care about us or if we needed that money. I wish to be refunded the remaining $301.00 from this company and not be sent the product.

    I ordered the Enchanted Ink box 7/22/23 for *****, then I ordered the *** bundle 7/31/23 for ******. 8/14 and 9/28 I received emails detailing delays and shipping updates about both boxes I had ordered and some previous products. Looking back, that should've been a red flag but the business was communicating so I wasn't worried. I placed an order for the *** quarterly subscription box 11/1/23 for ***** with a coupon for 2.27 so the total for this order was *****. Exactly a month later, a spot for their OFC quarterly subscription box opened up so I ordered this 12/1/23 and cancelled my subscription for the *** quarterly box. The business then sent out 4 emails: 1/21/24 detailing more delays and product and shipping issues. Another email 1/22/24 clearing up some issues with the email from the day before. The third email 1/29/24 stating manufacturing issues and more delays and a vague timeline for shipping. The fourth email sent 2/10/24 was about more delays and manufacturing issues, and damaged products, and more vague shipping dates. I placed a final order 2/25/24 for the Paladin bundle and another item for ***** that were being sold on the business's website and was marketed as "leftovers that were in-hand," which unless the meaning of those words has changed, means that this business already has these products and therefore shouldn't have been waiting on manufacturers or author files or broken products to be replaced. After placing my final order, I received an email 2/28/24 containing more delays and excuses and false shipping information about seemingly every item they offered. Another email with the same information was sent 3/12/24. 4/2/24 the business sent out an email claiming email issues and instructed buyers to email them which I did, and nothing. All I received was the auto email saying someone would reach out. 5/27/24 the final email was sent by the business claiming that they were still shipping everything was sent. 9/4 the business website is gone.

    The dates of the transactions made with this company was all in 2023: July 22nd, July 29th, September 1st, September 14th, and December 1st, all through ******* It is too late to file a dispute with ******* I have spent a total of $359.50 with those orders, and have only received one of those orders, which costed $68.50. It arrived damaged, and when I reached out to the company for a resolution, all emails went unanswered. They committed to provide these products to all customers. They stated they are delayed due to items not arriving on time. Then the company stopped responding to everyone, sent out a mass email stating they can't afford to ship out the boxes/items, even though us as customers paid for shipping. They sent the email out on 5/27/24 with the promise of shipping the items as soon as they get the money to afford it, which again, we paid for shipping, so that didn't make sense. Since then, they have shut off comments on their instagram, deleted their website, deleted their ************** and ******** page, and all emails have gone unanswered. I reached out one final time on 7/5/24, and have not received an email back.

    This company is a book box subscription company that often runs special collections during the year. I was enrolled in the book box subscription service which was a quarterly service and also purchased one of the special collection boxes which ship at a later date. The owner of the business began experiencing delays in shipping materials and also would send various emails/social media posts informing clients of the delays and apologizing. The owner then posted that there were significant delays, shortages of funds to ship remaining orders owed clients. The owner has been nonresponsive to social media comments and has closed their website. Since the nature of the system was that you placed the order months in advance with items to ship at a later date, I cannot recoup my funds from my credit card or ****** and according to other customers, emails are bouncing back and there has not been any communication from this owner for months. I have two orders that I am waiting to be filled. I would either like the merchandise I paid for or my money returned.

    This business has ghosted me and a couple hundred other people. Their website has now been deleted and all emails bounce back. Last form of communication was a mass email in May after months of nothing. I am missing three items worth $62.75, $62.75, and $104.87. Check the comments on their Instagram for others in the same boat. I want my money back. This has caused me distress.

    On July 29, 2023, I paid Obsidian Moon Crate $97.50 to pre-order an OTP box. This included $12.50 for shipping. The last update for the box said that there had been a delay in shipping and they were waiting to receive items from the manufacturer. In April of 2024, the boxes had still not shipped when an announcement was made that the business would be shutting down. The owner claimed that she had 90% of the items for the boxes and was only waiting on smaller items to begin shipping. On May 27, 2024, an email was sent by the owner blaming her mental and physical health for the delays. She claimed that she still intended to ship the items that had already been paid for, but that she had no capital to pay for shipping. All orders had included a shipping cost at the time of purchase! There have been no updates since late May, the website has been taken down, and she will not respond to anyone through email or social media. It has now been over a year and the timeframe to dispute the charge with my bank has passed.

    Business took money for preorders in October and November of 2023. Then proceeded to claim shipping issues for the next several months and refusing refunds to paying customers. Now they are blatantly ignoring all social media and email inquiries. This business has over $100 of my money and refuses to respond to any of my emails, ship anyone order, or issue refunds
