    They took my money and charged me $1994.00 for a mold test. Every time I ask for help they send me another questionnaire to fill out. It's been over a month and all that is confirmed is I have black mold. This company is a scam. They should be disbarred and should not advertise as a helpful law advice giving company. Worst idea I had was trying to get help from them. I will probably be homeless soon thanks to their lies.

    That said, this complaint is as disheartening as it is irrational.  ************ are entirely client-focused, and our processes work best when they are tailored to the specific needs of the individual.  Part of that tailoring process involves obtaining information surrounding the customer's specific situation.  Unsurprisingly, the process works best when the client cooperates, and we have found that most people very much want to discuss the particulars of their situation.  That isn't the case here.  Motivations for that aside, we remain committed to helping this customer, and ask that he reevaluate his refusal to fill out the questionnaire that has been designed to elicit information that will allow us to better serve him.  Should he do so, we look forward to providing the best possible available services.

    Ive had a real interesting experience with old Case Consulting I found them on the Internet did a search and in the beginning they requested $2495 for their service. I expressed to them that thatwas a lot of money and I didnt have that kind of money at the time they told me they could do a $2000 so I use my harder savings to invest on an inspection which a guy only came in and took 10 minutes after I paid my moneyand they had me electrics sign for authenticity. The samples were sent to the lab and they told me they would contact me in 2 to business days. Ive left numerous messages and emails with him after I made my payment and nobody got with me. I even made phone calls and left voicemails and they wouldnt return my messages. Then I borrowed my roommates telephone to see if they wouldanswer and I called the number and they immediately answered when I called. I told him who I was. I waited on the phone for over minutes and finally when I came on it sound like I was on speakerphone and the person ******, the director started talking at me and above me and being very derogatory explaining to me that he had a lot of things to do and was really busy had a list of things and I was part of that list and shortly he would be with me. I tried to express to him thatI need communication and my attorney needs to know the details. I got no results from the lab giving me details. I feel I just wanted my money because the gentleman came in to do the inspection took less than 10 minutes to do. He did a quick air sample touched a couple walls and countertops withdust and remove some dust from my air conditioner and a five minute conversation. I dont feel he was thorough. There was a lot of mold that was under the house in the bedrooms and the and under counters I feel the only wanted my money and as soon as I gave it to them they wouldnt give me proper service by answering my messages and keeping me posted on the progress. Be very careful with this business

    We're sorry to hear this customer had a less than satisfactory experience with our affiliate, ******************  Mold Case Consulting arranged for the testing to be conducted, and relied on an independent contractor to perform the tests and to provide the results.  Our check with the inspector confirmed that the testing was in fact performed.  Unfortunately, the results were first made available a day after they were originally expected.  Though regrettable, delays in circumstance do sometimes occur.  The customer did receive all the environmental testing he had ordered, as well as the results of those tests.  As such, all services were completed and delivered, though we acknowledge the delivery of the results from the independent contractor took a day longer than had been anticipated.  We're sorry that a day's delay of the comprehensive results led to the posting of the less than 5 star review to which we are accustomed.

    I am so grateful that I found the Mold Law Group. They have made this nightmare of dealing with the mold in my house so much easier. They are always available to talk to and very thorough in their testing and reporting. I thank them from the bottom of my heart!

    From my first frantic phone call a week ago with potential mold issues, I have had an inspection, a very detailed lab report and a release from lease or alternative plan letter for my property management company and landlord! Every person I have dealt with has been responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Mold is a very stressful and scary experience, but knowing you are taken care of with expediency and quality service makes all the difference. I highly recommend their services.

    We are so beyond grateful to have the mold law group. Our home was heavily poisoned and we had no idea how to handle our landlords refusal to get the mold out. We have been extremely sick, our belongings contaminated, no home. They came in and I call them angels from heaven. First *****, then ****, ****, ********, and to bring it all together ******, our final champion! They were so compassionate, and always there for each step of this process. The most devastating thing weve been through, but with their help, we are getting through and on our way to true justice and health. Thank you to your team and company more than words can say.     I definitely suggest this business for anybody that has any kind of mold in their home apartment or office I was totally oblivious about mold everybody should be very cautious and knowledgeable when it comes to living with toxic mold
