    Buyer BEWARE!!!!!*************************** was contracted to rough in our plumbing at ******************* He collected $3,000.00 as a downpayment to order supplies for our job. This was two months before rough in began. He then hired another contractor with little experience and horrible expertise to install our job. Without consulting ** or asking if that was ok. Then, he never came to supervise the job or check on it. He only continued billing **. 3,000k on March 30th. The plumber on site complained that **** was not paying him or giving his money for supplies on the job. Our job was horribly installed. We didn't know it yet. We paid the final bill of $3400K Crooked pipes. Crimped gas lines. None of the pipes were strapped or secured. The toilet flanges are all crooked and unusable. And countless code violations. Large pipes attached to small ones. Faulty plumbing everywhere you look. No venting was installed. None of the drains or valves were installed. The ONLY skill *************************** excelled at was billing us. We paid him $10K for this rough in. The job has got to be totally ripped out and redone. He refuses to call ** back or come check on the job. **** was overheard by our builder speaking of the hard drugs he was using. It is certainly evident from his high bills and extremely low work ethic. We have been quoted 10K dollars to fix it. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Experience. Horrible in every way.

    Group replaced a plumbing PRV valve in January ****. Valve has failed and under warranty. Contractor refuses to engage and remediate issue. Does not return numerous contacts for assistance.

    the *** was indeed under warranty we had our licensed master plumber replace it again for free but the home owner hired another plumber to mess with the *** which voids our warranty, to find out this issue is just an unfortunate unsecured pipe near the shower valve upstairs.

    we have done everything in my/company power to solve the issue but he no longer wanted our assistance and hired a 3rd party.

    I am rejecting this response because: the claim made that another group worked on the *** valve is not accurate. No work was done to the actual valve, The only work performed on the valve was by Cosmic. Work was performed on a shower fixture not the valve in the garage. The additional plumber was hired due to Cosmics inability to troubleshoot the original issue. I now have a significant hammering at the valve that was replaced by Cosmic.

    We would like request an invoice form the plumber who came out. Additionally we serve a 30day warranty this work was completed on January 10 our master plumber came out 3-4 day later to replace it again. We have had no additional communication with ********* stating he needed yet another PRV since then.

    so a request to replace yet another PRV that is 6 months outside of our warranty is ludicrous and a witch-**** for free services.
