Trash and recycling pickup service with Watson Sanitation started in January 2022.I paid a $45 deposit for trash cans and paid for the year in advance. I did the same in 2023, paying the entire year in advance.They promised to pick up our trash and recycling on time, once weekly. There were times when it was not picked up on time and a few times it was missed completely, but they always communicated well.In November of 2023, my trash was only picked up up the first week. After mid month, there was no communication and no trash or recycling pickup at all. Other customers had the same problem.Watson Sanitation just stopped doing the job they were paid for without letting anyone know. We had to pay to dispose of our trash and recycling ourselves even though we had already paid Watson Sanitation.After multiple phone calls and emails trying to get through to them, they finally sent an email to all of their customers on December 8th saying they would be closing their business and be out as soon as possible to pick up trash cans and trash.I asked about being refunded for the missed months of pickups and also my trash can deposit of $45. They said they knew how much my refund should be and could come out in person to pick up the two cans and give me a money order for what they owed me.December 8th was the last time I heard from them. On that day and after, I emailed them multiple times asking to set a ********** for them to get their cans and drop off the refund. There's been no response at all. I no longer want their trash and recycling cans on my property and I no longer want to wait for my refund. I paid them for a service that was not completed.The resolution I'm seeking is for them to refund $45 for the cans deposit, $28 for the month of December, and $21 for November's missed pickups for a total of $95. I want them to remove one trash can and one recycling can from my property.They should do the same for the rest of their customers who are also waiting!
