On Jan. 9th i purchase a few products off **** that included a purchase from "AM AUTO". I dropped my car off late night 1 day to be repaired the next day first thing in the morning. So the next day i got my car and immediately after driving a small distance i heard noises coming from my rear end. So i pulled over and checked my rear tires and seen that the Rotors i purchased clearly didn't match my front rotors which i brought brand new the entire set. They looked old and *****. So i started calling ****** (The Owner) immediately but he dodged my calls for nearly a week. I had to use someone else phone to finally reach him. He obviously lied about the situation and he never put my new Rear brakes and rotors on my car. To be honest i dont think he put my new front brakes (Only the Rotors) on as well because my car has been scrubbing and making severe noises since the repairment. Also after the incident he said that Rotors rust real fast and that the rain caused it look that way which was a lie. The reason i am just now submitting a complaint is because i believed him and thought that i was just given faulty parts from AM AUTO. So i messaged them about the warranty. I also have that email for Proof. It wasn't until yesterday (6/29) that i honestly found out what was going on entirely. A Trustworthy Mechanic thoroughly checked my car and told me what needed to be fixed. Which included my Rear Rotors/Brakes. So i have no warranty because he stole my Rotors/Brakes and i had to purchase the same thing yesterday (6/29/23) all over again which is in the attachments. He also said to me that he can't deal with me anymore because i accused him of stealing my parts when in fact that's exactly what he did. So basically he charged me $310 for labor but i think he only put my front Rotors on and maybe the front brakes (Which i will update when i know for sure). He also has caused me to purchase it again, along with what i will have to pay for labor again (I am owed $316.63).
