    On September 16, 2024 I paid **** the Amount of ******** in cash for Auto Repairs on my 2008 Dodge Charger. **** the Mechanic and owner of *********************** committed himself to repair the leaking oil from the ******** Seal and the Oil Pan/Gasket by Removing and Replacing the parts.First **** told me that it would only take a few days to fix the leaks on my car. He told me to bring it on August 29, 2024 at 10:00am which I did. He stated that my car will be ready on September 2, 2024 that was the agreement. He changed the completion dates 6 different times in the course of 18 days Starting from August 29, 2024 to September 16, 2024. He held my car hostage by saying I couldnt come get it because it wasnt drivable which I went by to confirm that on September 11, 2024. On September 16, 2024 **** told me that my car was fixed and that I can come pick it up.On that date after paying **** for the car repairs. I got in my car to drive away but while placing the car in drive it started jerking and the transmission wasnt shifting. I immediately summoned **** to take a look at what was happening. He told that the car was fine. I proceeded to drive off but the car was not functioning properly. So I took the car to *********************** and explained to ******* the Mechanic what happened and he showed and told me that First the repairs on my car was never completed the problems were not fixed. He also stated that there is damages done to the transmission. I also hold **** accountable for the damage s to my transmission. The car is still at ******** awaiting repairs and is not functioning.I called **** to discuss these issues with him, but he was hostile towards me. I asked **** to please refund me back my money so that I can pay for the repairs he didnt fix and he refused to. Now I am false to file a lawsuit.
