              I have been with this company for years. I have the $24.99 shine it packaged, which includes ture shine and rain repellent. I just recently found out that they removed the two things from my packaged that sign up for and didn't inform me. I spoke with customer service who was rude and refused to let me speak to manager, told me that they where located out of state and I needed to speak with the car wash location. Then she hung up on me. This is fraud at best, I was told my package includes tire shine and rain repellent and now they just remove it without notice. I have not been allowed to speak to anyone higher up than customer service who are rude and unhelpful. I want what I was told I was paying for. This was done deliberately because they removed things they didn't think you would notice. I'm sure others who have the same packaged as me are also not aware of the changes. How can I trust this company not to take things out of my next package if I'm forced to upgrade. They didn't even notify me of these changes.

              Signed up for a month trail for unlimited car washes. Although I paid the fee, I was still charged for a car wash within the "unlimited" time period. This happened twice. After, they continued to charge me the monthly fee for five months. I called customer service to ask them to stop charging me each month, I was told I had signed a subscription service. I explained that the employee presented a one month trial opportunity, not a subscription. **************** told me the employee must have been confused and I was still liable for the monthly charge. I was not given a credit and today Im cancelling my credit card so they can no longer have access. Another person in our neighborhood fell for the same scam and reported she received no help in getting a credit.
