    I purchased my car on 10/1/22 and have had numerous costly repairs done since I purchased my car.I recently took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation on 9/21/24.I was told that my car was leaking oil from 3 different places.I took my car back on 9/23/24 to have the oil leaks repaired.I picked my car up on 10/1/24 only to have to take it back the next morning on 10/2/***** check engine light had came on I was told it was the turbo ********** car put me down 10/8/24 on my way to ******* dash said that the engine was overheating/idle ********* dad came to rescue me from the side of the road there was no antifreeze in my car.I had to buy antifreeze which was over $20 a gallon.I managed to get my car back to the ************* I was speaking with the service *** **** a manager by the name of **** offered to get me an **** to and from work.Well low and behold I got the **** to work but was left stranded at work.I never received a call letting me know what the issue (the water pump is bad) was with my car.I had to call **** and find out what the issue was.I immediately expressed that I need a ride home from work **** told me that h*** give me a call back which he never ****** this point Im convinced that I was sold a ******** car is a 2017 Chevrolet Trax with ****** plus miles on it.Theres no way I should be experiencing this many problems.

    Not a good place. Came to check engine light. Power steering came on. . Needed a transmission. Paid for transmission they having my car 7 working days 1 day later engine light came on. Took it back. Got it back. Next day they say catalytic converter. Never got a first diagnosis at all. Engine light still on. Paid over *******. Havent had my car out shop 7 days. They want more money. Need help. I cant afford this place.

    I think Superior Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves . I had my **** GMC towed to Superior back in late June of 2023 and just got my car back. I kept calling because they have had the car a long time and I was just checking to see if they were able to diagnose my car. I was told at first that they couldn't find my car and then once they found it I was told that they were back logged and hadn't got to it yet. Waited another 2 weeks to call them back since I never received a phone call to follow up about my car. Called back 8.30.23 To check again and was told again that the car wasn't there. I informed **** that my car was there and that I had been waiting to receive a call as to the status of my car. She then comes back on the phone and states that Its somewhere here and you can come pick up the car. Upon arrival my car wasn't brought up front, I had to wait an additional 30mins for them to run around trying to locate my car. The car is finally brought up front. My car is extremely dirty and looks as if it has been abandoned and as if its just been sitting on there lot for the last month and a half. The problem was when I got in my car the check engine light was still on and the car kept going backward. My daughter went in to get help and the worker that came out acted as if we were bothering him. He jumps in the car and cranks it back up and states see the car is driving forward and the light is off. I told him that it looks as if my car has just been sitting. No response. I didn't receive any formal paperwork explaining what was performed on my car. I think this is a poor excuse of a dealership and I wouldn't wish this type of service on anyone. Take pride in what you do, because you literally have people lives in your hand when you do half a** work on there cars.

    Mrs. ****** had her vehicle towed in with no contact information. That was the reason for the delay of repairs. The condition of the vehicle was it appeared it had been sitting up for quite some time and was extremely dirty. The check engine light was not on and it was returned to her with the paperwork. Thank you

    We bought a 2017 ***** Suburban on Feb 23, 2023. Car was listed as in New condition. We drove over 5 hours to purchase this car. It looked and seems amazing. We were on the understanding that it came with a three month warranty. It only has ****** miles on it so I did not buy the extended warranty because that was so low. By the time I made it back home the paint chips that they had fixed had started to peel off already, the leather seats in the vehicle that seem like were in Brans new condition we discovered they had painted. They started peeling almost immediately. Then at the three month, one week ownership marker for ** and only putting **** miles on the suburban, the transmission went out . Upon calling the sales manager, we were informed that we bought the car as is and they would not help with any repairs whatsoever. Do not buy from this dealership. Another dealership closer to our area was able to get ***** to at least cover some of the cost of the transmission. But this dealership shouldve covered the rest.
