******************* / Georgia Real Estate And Investment Reply to ********************************* Complaint

************** is a tenant at a property that is manage by Georgia Real Estate and Services.

The basement of the home occasionally leaks when it rains heavily and the property owner who is responsible for making all repairs to the property not Georgia Real Estate And Investment Services have repaired those leaks, however, they were other basement leaks and other areas of the exterior of the home that requires more extensive repairs.

Due to those required extensive repairs the property owner had decided to give ************* a 60 day notice to vacate so as to have the house vacant while making those extensive repairs.

Immediately after ************** received the 60 days notice to vacate the property she ask the property owner to compensate her for moving out within the sixty day time frame because she feels that 60 days was too short a time for her to vacate the property.

The property owner decided not to offer ************** any compensation and that is when ************** began to complain about her grandson being sick as a result of mold in the property for all of the previous 4 years there was never a complaint about her grandson being sick as a result of mold in the house
