      Good Morning,

I spoke with  ******* ***** **** ********** this morning about her complaint, I explained we didn't have a contractor available today. Our contractors are already scheduled out. I told her I would have a contractor contact her the first of next week. After speaking with her I contacted our contractor and asked him to schedule this work for the first of next week. Later in the morning my service manager (Michele Newell) received a call from ***** ****** which is not the Purchaser of the home, she told him I had already spoken to a contractor and would schedule the first of next week. The repairs will be taken care of next week. ** ******** ******* ******

My fiancé and I purchased a brand new 2022 Fleetwood home on March 10, 2022. The home was in production and delivered several weeks later. We did wait until May 28 to officially move in. Before we moved in we done a walk through and made note of all problems we saw that were the responsibility of the manufacture to be fixed. Things such as the front door not closing, gaps in the wall where wall had separated, trim not attached in multiple places, we even had an issue to where part of the house did not have power. On June 1, the manufacturer sent someone who did go through and work on some issues, like some trim work, some caulking that needed done. He attempted to fix the non closing front door and there is now a gap on the outside and inside under the door where the work has been done poorly. I literally have at least 10-12 emails where I have spoken with ****** at Fleetwood regarding all the problems and the only response I get is “yes ma’am, I understand the frustration” “we will be sending someone” ****** was contacted 2 times in the last 5 days about a toilet leak, no one has still come to fix this. Things like this should not be happening on a brand new 2022 home! We even have places in the laminate flooring that are already tearing because something is pushing up through the floor. This is unacceptable. The worker that did come on June 2 and attempt some work, said the only thing to do with the floor is “patch” it. That there is no way the company would re-floor the home, however there are at least 5 places that have been found so far where the flooring is bubbled because of something coming out the floor. The master bedroom has a power issue. And I mean when I switch a fan from high/medium or low the lights in the ceiling flicker. This is a fan that plugs into an outlet. Why would an outlet have anything to do with the lights? I literally have a list of problems as well as all emails exchanged about the issues.

I am rejecting this response because: today is June 10, I have NOT received a call regarding repairs on my brand new home. On June 6 I received an email saying someone would be calling and setting up a time for repairs this week,  it is now 4:12 pm EST and no one has reached out regarding a work order.

This is very unprofessional on Fleetwoods part.
