    I posted a negative review on ****** and ********* I received a generic response on ****** saying to email them at ********************************************************* and that the owner of this franchise location would call me. I never received any responses at all. Here is the email:My husband and I stopped out for lunch at Johnnys on *********************** year old daughter joined us about 15 minutes after we had arrived.My husbands order wasnt put in so he watched us eat.Once we asked about it we were told that it was still in the oven.A sandwich that wasnt ready for over 45 minutes???When it did arrive it was burned. But the bigger problem is that after drinking of half of her soda my daughter saw a piece of chewed gum floating in her soda.It was not hers. It was not any of ours.The waitress said " Oh, your gum fell into your drink?" My daughter said No - it's not mine. Then the waitress said - I cant chew gum because I wear braces, so its not mine thats weird.No apology no discount no manager to talk to no NOTHING. That is possibly the most disgusting restaurant visit Ive ever had.We were so grossed out that we couldnt even eat the $65 worth of food we ordered.I paid the bill and promptly left.I used to stop a few nights a week at this location with a freight for dinner.Im not coming back.Not only was the service terrible.But the response to serving us a drink with someone elses chewing gum in it was atrocious.I wrote what happened on the restaurants copy of my receipt hoping someone else would see it too. This should have been taken to a manager - something should have been done.At the least a discount or refund should have been given.We took our food to go and opted to throw it in the trash because we were so disgusted.
