    I, as well as ********************************* have attempted to contact ***************************************** of Association Management Professionals, **** on numerous occasions via phone, email, via HOA AMP portal. Though to date, there has been no transparency, nor follow-up, nor follow-through, nor a response from the organization, to any of the below stated matters. * I request to schedule an in-person &/or virtual appointment with & the Association Management Professionals, Inc. * Please provide myself, the homeowner, a physical copy, with the original estimate for HOA Claim#: **************** provided by Auto-************ ****************************** Please provide myself, the homeowner, a physical copy, with an updated estimate with supplemental repairs for HOA Claim#: **************** provided by Auto-************ *************************************** of ***************************************** for ******************************** What are all checks received by AMP, from Auto Owners for HOA Claim#: ****************?* Provide a copy of each check dispersed to AMP received from Auto Owners for HOA Claim#: **************** inclusive of when it was dispersed by ******************** of Auto-Owners Ins.* Is the check for $28,832.00 dispersed from AMP the only payment to ******************************** for their services? * What are the remaining funds that should be dispersed to ******************************** for their services, and what is hindering their immediate disbursement?* If the check released by AMP for $28,832.00 is the only payment to ******************************** for their services, what was not approved in the estimate and for what reasons? Restoration of the exterior shutter at **************************************************************** * To date this matter has yet to be addressed nor followed through with a repair and the initial request was made in April.

    BEWARE ****************** They were hired in to manage our HOA and have basically taken our rights as homeowners away. I have lived in my neighborhood for 10 years. Every year, I pay my $400 *************** in May. I have never been charged a late fee. This year, I went in and paid the $400 May 12. There was a fee of $2.33 xs 3 months and the description said 'delinquent interest'. That's perfectly fine! I paid the $406.99 and thought that everything was taken care of. 2 weeks later, my family and I went to the pool to find out that our card wasn't activated. I called ****** twice and sent him an email. It took him 2 days to respond! His response was that they added a $225 Late fee AND Put A LIEN on my property!!!! I have now had to contact an attorney to see what my and my neighbors options are as Homeowners in a community where we have no say in anything. This is just the most recent problem we have had. This company has also refused the homeowners a vote for the last several years. He was hired on to help our community and has done nothing but made it WORSE!! Do Not Use This Business!!!

    Payments in this neighborhood are Due January 1st of each year and late if not made by January 31st. This due date and late date is per the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's). As the homeowner, stated, she was late and this subjects her to Section 7. of the CC&R's."Section 7. Effect of Nonpayment of Assessment: the Personal Obligation; the Lien; Remedies of the Association.(a) If an assessment is not paid on or before the date when due then such assessment shall become delinquent and shall, together with such interest thereon and the costs of the collection thereof, thereupon become a continuing lien on the delinquent member's property which shall bind such property in the hands of the then owner, his heirs, designees, personal representatives, successors and assigns." The homeowner mentioned she was not previously charged a late fee. However, this is incorrect as her 2021 payment was not received until July and interest was added to her account. The Associations ***** of ********* not the management has the authority to file liens and the Associations attorney filed 30 liens in 2022 on homeowners with delinquent assessment. The attorneys cost for filing the lien was $225.00 and this charge is passed back to the homeowner. While 2 days to respond is permissible in our contract with the association, the 2 days to respond you mentioned is not factual. 1 day to respond is more factual as you emailed on June 2nd and received a response on June 3rd. The management company cannot stopped homeowners from voting. The homeowners themselves is the reason voting has not taken place as a quorum is required. Per the Bylaws 1/3 of the homeowners are required to be present in person or by proxy at a meeting. The appearance of the community and the financial situation of the community is much better today then it was 32 months when we began management and at least 2/3 of the community agrees. Please refrain from making any further false and malicious statements about Association Management Professionals and it's employees, staff and its associates.
